Acadia Home w/ Rooftop Deck - Close to Trails!

The home was perfect for our family of 7! There was plenty of space for everyone to be together, or not. I loved that the location of the house was close to many hiking trails, 10 minutes to Bar Harbor, and the grocery store was not far. I will admit that the cemetery out the backyard made me a little uneasy at first , but the many turkeys that visited the backyard made us all forget it was even there. The only negative thing, which was resolved quickly by Evolve, was the timeliness of receiving the check in information from the host. Overall, I would highly recommend this property- it’s well kept, very spacious, clean and in a great location if you are planning to spend time in Acadia National Park.

This house has it all !! The kitchen has everything a chef could need. Ten adults had plenty of room. It rained both days or we would have been on the roof deck.

Wonderful property. Everything was immaculate, the beds were very comfortable, plenty of seating for hanging out after a fun day at the park. The home is very well appointed with every accessory you could imagine needing! We were greeted with a thoughtful gift basket of snacks we happily used on our rides through Acadia! We all agreed, we would stay at this property again.

Everything was very clean and well organized. The kitchen was very well stocked. We loved cooking all together and all of us eating together at the big table. My parents enjoyed the “in law suite”!

Fantastic time here! So much room for my 11 family members to go on summer vacation together. Check in was so smooth. So responsive to 2 questions I had about how things worked. So close to all of the trails and bar harbor.

Our family enjoyed the location of this home very much - just a few steps to a Cadillac Mountain trailhead, a short drive to Bar Harbor and a peaceful property setting. Having multiple bedrooms and bathrooms ensured everyone was comfortable and had their privacy when needed. The kitchen had everything we needed to make quick meals before heading out for hikes. We had a slight hiccup with Wi-Fi but we were able to work with the property manager to quickly resolve the issue. The property manager was very attentive to any inquires and responded quickly. We would highly recommend this clean and unique home!

The home is next door to the park, and a short drive to Bar Harbor. We all slept in comfort and had plenty of space to relax. The home was very clean and had everything we needed.

We stayed at Otter Creek with family friends over our kids’ spring break and had a great time. The house was beautiful with a fully stocked kitchen, comfortable living spaces, including a game room that helped keep all 5 kids in our party entertained for hours. Located minutes away from gorgeous Acadia trails and Bar Harbor, it was easy to go anywhere we wanted. AND we saw an otter trot by from the nearby creek—a definite highlight! Would definitely recommend.

Rented house to be local to all basketball tournaments happening in the area this weekend. Very happy with the house would stay again.

This is a beautiful house with comfortable bedrooms and a nice open living and dining area for meals and hanging out. It is equipped with everything you need. We visited in winter so did not use the amazing upstairs deck but did get to enjoy the cozy wood stove, which was perfect after our rather rainy hike.We were a group of 8 hiking the Cadillac trail to see the first light of 2025. This location could not have been more convenient with the trail just a 3-minute walk away.

We visited for a family wedding in Bar Harbor. The house fit all 7 adults comfortably and provided a lovely space to convene between wedding events. Would highly recommend. Evolve was very helpful throughout the stay.

Great location near Acadia national Park. The kitchen was great for cooking meals and was Well supplied. Very quiet neighborhood. Highly recommend as host responded quickly To any questions.

The house is perfectly located near Bar Harbor and Acadia. The house itself is beautiful and generally well furnished and stocked. We enjoyed staying there. That said there were a number of nagging issues. First it took me a number of telephone calls and texts to get the access code for the house. The property manager rep seemed to have difficulty getting it to me. Second the pull out bed in the garage apt. was not provided with any sheets or blankets, even after bringing it to the reps attention. Third, the air conditioner in the garage apt was broken. A portable had been substituted but it leaked water and wasn't up to the job. That said , the house was a great spot and we would like to stay there again if they can get the issues fixed.

Amazing home in the perfect spot! Easy access to the whole island and plenty of space for 3 generations/11 people. Beautiful home with everything we needed.
