A/C and 3 balconies to enjoy the sun. Beach gear and Traeger included

It was as described online. Great location. A quick 1-2 minute walk to mission beach right across the street and or to the left, the water in-let. Two great coffee spots a quick walk from the place. Hosts were great and offered insights and suggestions! They even bought pellets for the Traeger grill if we wanted to grill! That was super nice. This place accommodated our family of 7 easy! Parking in the carport allowed us to not struggle with parking as we moved in and out through our trip… a tight fit if you have a large SUV but doable. We’d stay again.

This place was sparkling clean and all my questions were answered very quickly. The location and amenities can't be beat. We loved the kitchen especially.

Fantastic beach condo! Our primary reason for booking was strong internet for students in remote summer school. Boy, it just better from there! The condo gave our group with three teens, plenty of room to spread out, but still enjoy family time. The three balconies offered outdoor space and breezes, and the downstairs patio was an amazing spot for evening smores and family movie night. The owners are super friendly, and have thought of every possible item one could want in the kitchen (tho a chip clip would be great ). The location is amazing! It’s a short walk to the beach or the bay and owners shared all beach paraphernalia imaginable, including their wagon, making the walk even easier. We loved the quick access to beach eateries nearby and short walk to Balboa park. One thing, larger SUVs may need to park just a block or so down the street. We highly recommend this condo and location and would definitely return again in the future!

The location is excellent, but the property is a little dated and some features didn't work like the microwave and the plumbing wasn't ideal

Excellent stay. Our only problem - we arrived after dark and had trouble locating the driveway.

The place was fully stocked and had everything you could think of. Very room and accommodated our group. It's located off a somewhat busy street so it can be noisy. Make sure your windows are closed. The place was clean and there was plenty of linens and towels. The hosts were great and responded quickly.

The location, cleanliness, ease of check in and host communication made the stay relaxing and worth every penny! Great price for the location - will definitely be back soon!!!

As advertised, great beach house in great location for the full Mission Beach experience. Would definitely stay there again. Extremely well equipped with beach gear, bikes, bbq, patio, and even baby gear. Note there is parking for one car in a carport in alley behind house. It’s on the small side but we could fit a large suv in there with some work but it was a tight fit. We needed a big car but a smaller one would have been much easier.

Older patrons, did not go to beach, did go to the pier.Only complaint was the tv in the third floor back bedroom. Had to jiggle it to get it to work. Never really got it to work as it should.Other than that, everything else was great.

Host was fast to respond. House was clean and spacious. Fully stocked. Recommend a welcome binder on check-in, check-out, WiFi info, restaurants and attractions nearby.

Good communication with host. Parking with a large SUV is a PIA but that is not the hosts fault. Kitchen fairly well stocked. Nice towels in BR and shampoo/hairdryers included. Only used main tv and appreciated some streaming services. Property itself needs a little TLC. Bathroom door ground floor sticks on floor and does not open. Light switches beed to be marked !!! Takes forever to figure which switch does what. Toilet paper holder in master is falling off wall.

Communication was great. Loved the location and plenty of space for our crew.

Great rental very conveniently close to everything The host had several things for us body wash shampoo laundry soap and beach towels several streaming channels minutes to the beach!!! Great large shower in primary’s suite and one bed and bath on main floor for my 75 year mom so she only had to go one flight of stairs overall great place I would stay there again !!! Didn’t want to leave … til next time

Great location and plenty of amenities!!!! I visited with my 11 and 16 year olds and it felt very comfortable. Loved the washer and dryer. Host is super responsive and accommodating. Very clean and organized. This place could easily host and entertain several people.

The location is amazing and the owner was easy to communicate with. I would strongly recommend for your stay. Be aware of planes taking off, but this is anywhere on Mission Beach.

Great location. No surprises. Perfect layout for three adults. Kitchen well-equipped and well-organized with labeled drawers making finding things easy. Check-in and check-out way easy. Honda Accord fit exactly in carport - would not recommend parking anything longer as you would hang over the red line. Next time we stay in the area, this unit’s availability will be the first thing I check.

Great property, came as advertised! Very spacious, clean, and well stocked. Hosts were extremely accommodating and very quick to respond to any questions. BBQ/ Traeger/ Fire Table/ TV is an amazing outdoor setup! Would definitely stay here again, thanks Justin and Jessica!

I would want to give this host a zero star. We arrived at the property looking forward to a nice holiday with family and paying high price for this property. We found that the condo was under construction/repair with all the construction stuff thrown around and smell of paint and food spread around both in the kitchen and upstairs in the bedroom area. The host told us that they thought we were checking in the next day. It is inexcusable since the first thing you note is the dates of the stay. We had a quickly find a hotel nearby and stay there. Please be aware of this carelessness of these hosts.

My team enjoyed the location and the house. We are planning on reserving this house again in the future. Thank you
