Absolutely stunning new home in Litchfield Park, close to Verrado area!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house was exactly as described-clean and bright with stocked with everything we needed. Nice to have garage parking in the Arizona heat. The location was perfect-close to grocery store, I-10, restaurants and Verrado. We were in town to celebrate our grandson’s birthday-will definitely stay there again.

Home was super nice and clean. Host was very friendly and accommodating. Definitely look forward to staying there in the future. Thank you!

This property was amazing! Tons of room and had everything we needed. We loved the neighborhood and floor plan of this home. Very comfortable beds as well. We will stay here for sure next time in area and recommend highly to anyone.

This was a wonderful house for our winter getaway! We had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. Amber's communication was great and she was very responsive when we did have a question. We would highly recommend this house!

This was a very nice home built by a quality builder in a nice neighbor. We know the area and it meant our needs perfectly. Well stocked, kid friendly with bunk beds, toys and a pack and play. Appreciated being able to park in the garage. Great communication with the host. All around a wonderful stay.

This home was clean and in a very quiet neighborhood. It had all the necessary items needed. Grocery store was within five minutes from the house. If we come back to the area, I hope this home is still listed with Vrbo.

The home was absolutely beautiful and the host was super super accommodating. She helped us out with getting in early after realizing several of us had early flights and/or had to rebook earlier. Any questions I had she answered quickly and was easy to work with. My only hesitation was that the way the room layout reads, you may think it’s 4 bedrooms and an office, but it is only 4 bedrooms total, just got future reference!It was fun to stay and I would definitely do so again. It was wonderful coming home every night to a peaceful and beautiful space.

This property was immaculate and the owner was wonderful to deal with. The kitchen was gorgeous and stocked with everything I needed to prepare two brunches and one dinner. All the furniture and beds were very comfortable. Great restaurants and a large grocery store was less than five minutes away. Looking forward to staying here again.

The location was perfect, close to our new house which was finishing being built. Communication with the host was excellent—they were responsive, friendly, and made check-in a breeze. My family and I stayed in the home while repairs were being made to our home. The host was so friendly and communicative. The property was absolutely stunning and comfortable. I would highly recommend the property and would definitely stay here again.

We needed a place to stay while our home was getting repairs. It is a very nice home as described in the listing. It is in a nice neighborhood that still has homes being built. However it is not noisy. We didn’t use anything except the TV’s which were great! Only complaint would have been the kitchen could have been cleaner.

You've got to see it to believe it. I loved the open feeling when you open the front door. You can see the back door. The setup is fantastic and well thought out.The neighborhood is what they call a bedroom neighborhood, as it is quiet, indicating that the houses are well-insulated.You have to see it to believe it. One of the best houses I've stayed in in a long time, and I travel frequently, staying in many VRBO houses.

This place was exactly what my family & I were looking for. With two little ones (2.5 years old & 6 month old) it was homey, kid friendly, & clean. We were very comfortable. Amber was a great host & was very accommodating to everything we needed. We will definitely be back! Thank you for such an awesome place to stay & for making it feel like home!

We really wasn't expecting everything to be exactly as describe, but they were. The main rooms are spacious and large enough for everyone. All the rooms and appliances were clean and functional.The best part for us: we were able to use our wheelchair and walker without much effort.Home is close to Hwy 10 and necessary stores. Downtown was a short trip. Airport 45mins on a Friday night.If I had to change anything it would be:1. Put a luggage rack in the main bedroom. The bench in the closet is nice, but not adequate.2. Wash with Persil detergent. Our towels weren't very clean.A small change, that would be greatly appreciated.I would be a repeat visitor, if we visit the area again.

This place was amazing! It was perfect for our two families wanting to enjoy spring training with their kids. Location was central to all the stadiums. The home had everything we needed and whenever we had any questions or concerns, they were promptly answered. Couldn’t recommend it more.

From the start of the booking until the minute we locked the door to leave, I cannot express how much my family loved the home.We have used VRBO a few times but this was the first time I did the communication and booking and Amber was there every step of the way for me and made my experience awesome and she set a high bar for everyone other host, thank you Amber!

Location is great and property is new and beautiful!! House has an open layout and is very modern. Kitchen is very well stocked and very clean! We loved every part of the house. Very comfortable and Amber was very quick to respond from the moment we booked. We would definitely love to visit again!!

I love this home as it is new, the furnishings are all new and the location is perfect for my family. My daughter lives in Verrado only 5 minutes from this home. This trip, there were five of us adults and it was a comfortable home away from home. Communication with the owner is easy as she is always available. I'm looking forward to returning.

This home is new and well appointed. It fit our family of seven perfectly. The kids loved the bunk beds. The location was perfect for the family activities we were enjoying in Verrado. I will definitely stay again.
