Above It All – Modern Beach House with Elevator, EV Charger & Stunning Decks!

Our stay at Above it All was excellent all the way around. The home was everything our family wanted & needed for our week away on vacation. The beach was just steps away, restaurants & shops were just down the street, and Joel was a friendly & responsive host. We’ll definitely be returning!

We took our daughter and adult grandkids for a week long stay. We had an amazing trip. The beach was a very short walk away. The kitchen had absolutely everything you would need. Everything was very clean and felt like home! We really appreciated EV charging station and the beach chairs that were provided and the elevator was a life saver with our bags and groceries. The host responded very quickly when we needed him. Overall, I couldn’t really find anything wrong with the place. We will definitely be back next year!

Loved this house. It is beautiful and very well stocked with all the essentials. The elevator is a lifesaver for unloading and loading the car. Great views of the ocean and canal from both of the front decks and it’s a short walk to the beach.

Joel’s place was truly the best rental my family has ever stayed in, especially in Surf City! He was so communicative and the house came fully stocked! Especially the kitchen! It was cool and comfortable for 6 adults and pet friendly which was great! We can’t wait to go again next year!

We stayed in this beautiful beach home for a second year and absolutely loved it! The home was immaculate and tastefully decorated. Linens and starter supplies are provided. The kitchen is equipped with everything you could possibly need! All of the rooms are spacious and beautiful. There are plenty of beds and bathrooms to make everyone comfortable and happy! This home is just a short walk to the beach. We loved having the outdoor shower and access to the beach chairs/toys. The outdoor elevator was super convenient as well! We will definitely return next year! Thank you to the owner for the gift- a beautiful wooden charcuterie board with our family name engraved!

The house is beautiful. Joel has thought of everything. Well stocked in so many ways. The house worked perfectly for our large clan including dogs. The deck and view are amazing. Easy walk to the beach. Joel was easy to correspond with. Can’t wait to return. This was our first time visiting the area.

Above It All was a wonderful place for my family’s vacation. There were great views of the ocean and intercoastal boat slips and it was easy to get to the beach. It was so relaxing to sit in the breeze on the deck, chatting with my family members. The house is fabulous and has everything we needed and wanted. The kitchen is better equipped than our kitchens at home! There were plenty of paper supplies, soap, etc. We loved being able to all fit around the table for meals and games, and the sectional was big enough for games and movies for everyone. The elevator is a super helpful feature – it allowed my mom to easily go to and from the house and moving supplies was easy. Joel is a wonderful host – super friendly and a great communicator who answered our questions very quickly. We enjoyed our stay at Above It All and look forward to a return visit if we make it back to Topsail Island. Thank you, Joel!
