Above it All, Best Views of Santa Barbara

Great property! Really enjoyed it!

Awesome per usual - it's our 5th'ish time staying here! ;-)

The house was great and the views beautiful. The host was responsive even during the holiday. Unfortunately, that house was a few miles away (10 minute drive and not close to our in-laws which was are only defining parameter) from where it was listed on the map. The host said they couldn't do anything because it was VRBOs problem. After an hour on the phone and multiple emails, VRBO gave me 3% back. Even though the house is beautiful, I wouldn't have even looked at it if I knew the location.

This house is incredible! The pictures don’t even do it justice. Watching the sunrise and sunset everyday was amazing. The house was also immaculately clean. We did have an issue with the WiFi at one point but were able to reset the router.

Great property would stay again

We loved the views and seclusion this house offered. We spent lots of time hanging around the various seating arrangements outdoors watching the sunset, sunrise, boats, butterflies. We hiked from the house to inspiration point. It was only 15 mins to state street shopping and eating. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool, and the master waterfall shower that was open air to outdoors if you wanted. We cooked a couple of meals here and everything worked well.

Lovely house, lovely view. Well equipped, but many things needed attention. (internet went out and we had to reset our own router on a ladder, many little bugs, broken door, dryer did not real dry. Tried to call about leaving early, left message, and no response for a day. The ride up the hill was a bit scary

Gorgeous home with fantastic amenities and scenic views in every direction. Our stay was perfect.

I’ve hosted family and friends at this amazing property numerous times and will def be back! It’s managed very well and their Team is completely On-Point! See u all again soon.Keith D

The architecture and the views were both majestic and related. The sunrise from the bedroom and sunset from the pool deck added significant ambience to our family trip. The Zen Gardens and the hot tub made for a relaxing vibe enjoyed by all. The full kitchen is perfect for stay at home meals. There is no reason to leave this beautiful home. We only ended up going out one night. It was worth every penny.!!

This is a house I would consider staying at again. It’s not too far from downtown and the views are amazing. We had a couple little hiccups with entering the home and hot tub/pool but the property manager helped us resolve things quickly.
