Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We booked a family vacation for 8 adults and 7 kids from the age of 7-14. This property has EVERYTHING we wanted! There is a large kitchen, perfect amount of bedrooms and bathrooms, and amenities to keep the whole group entertained. We’ve stayed in the area before, but this property is exceptional. We wanted easy access to the lake, a pool large enough for our group, and backyard for games...and this house has it. There is also a large covered area for lounging by the pool that is good for those who want to be outdoors, but out of the sun.The other benefits of this property is the property management group. They are on top of everything from start to finish. Booking and preparation was easy, check in and check out were comfortable and seamless, and any questions for the duration of our stay were answered within minutes. This home and its team are truly amazing. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

We loved the house so much that we wanted to buy it. Amazing property from the room setups, to the open kitchen. The big pool can be seen from inside the kitchen so it allowed me a little more flexibility with my kids while they were swimming, which I loved. We used the grill and the outdoor kitchen area everyday. We put a huge slip n slide down the massive grassy hill which made for an amazing 2 hour activity. The beaches area by the lake offered numerous hours of entertainment for the kids as well. The whole property was even better in person. What made our stay that much better was the concierge, Sean. They were accessible 24 hours, had the best attitude, went above and beyond for us with every request. They surprised our kids with floats for the pool, a tent and games that we were able to take home with us as a gift. The house managers and staff were beyond helpful and so nice. They made our experience so easy and amazing. I don’t think I can rent from anyone else after I saw how great it made our trip. I appreciate everything they did for us and we cannot wait to be back!!!!!

The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything an active family or group could want. From paddle boards and pickleball to ping pong, air hockey, and more, there was no shortage of ways to stay entertained.The location is unbeatable—right on the water with gorgeous views all day long. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee by the water, walking through the neighborhood, or watching the Ryder Cup from the pool, the setting was simply incredible.Our group of 13 had more than enough room to spread out. Each bedroom had its own vanity, which made it easy to have a little privacy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even with such a large group, we never once felt crowded.This home is truly Elite. Fun was had by all, and it made for a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, comfort, and endless activities in a stunning waterfront setting!

Wonderful property!

Great location for a lake weekend getaway. Concierge was great coordinating food and massages. Plenty of options for boats to pick you up off your dock for sightseeing, wake boarding etc.

The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of Lake Austin. You are assigned a house manager who meets you at your arrival and makes sure your stay goes smoothly. They are available 24/7 with anything you need. The house is very spacious with everything you could want. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding and linens are luxurious and very comfortable. The kitchen has two islands and is big enough for a large family. The game room has anything you could want! They also have a game closet with board games and toys for kids. The backyard is huge....you can’t tell that from the pictures. There is plenty of fun for the whole family outside. From the sand volleyball to the sports court, there is something for everyone to do. They have pool toys and every ball you could want for the sports court. There are kayaks and paddle boards, including life jackets also. The house was very clean upon arrival and the decor is beautiful. We rented a boat one day that picked us up right at the boat dock in the backyard. The sandy beach was a big hit with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. We will be back❤️

We were so happy to be back…..They are incredible! Nothing was missed! And that’s hard for 17pp ranging from 2-82!Love this place!Never left property….no need to….its amazing!
