Great place to stay. Could walk to anywhere we wanted to go. Quiet area with nice outdoor area. Super clean and very well stock. Would stay here again.

This was a beautiful property for our visit to Charleston. We enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The home was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. Access was easy and the parking was convenient and very helpful. We enjoyed being able to walk to shops and restaurants from the unit. We would love to visit and stay here again

We’ve stayed in numerous VRBOs in Charleston and this is by far our favorite! Perfect location for exploring downtown. Such a cute fountain courtyard and shockingly quiet for the proximity to King St. The unit was clean, well stocked, and communication pre, during and post stay were fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Excellent location, comfortable beds and beautiful home!

It was a great location and easy walk to lots of things. The place was nice, it was clean except there was some dirt on the bathroom floors so it was not spotless like others I have rented. Spiral stairs leading to the the place was a little slippery on one of the days when it rain. But overall it was nice and the host was get about keeping in touch through out the process.

Great, charming property. Close to King Street. Washer and dryer included. Note: minimal hanging storage in primary, but ample in guest room. Overall a great property for the price. Looking forward to staying here again in the Spring.

We loved the location and outdoor seating areas. The apartment was spotless and very comfortable. Only recommendation for improvement would be black out curtains in the back bedroom as the neighboring porch lights do shine in.

Super cute accommodations with your own private garden. Close to shops and restaurants but not right in the middle of all people or traffic. Easy to park, easy to get on the highway to explore the surrounding area outside of downtown. I would definitely stay again.

Perfect location to enjoy the best of King Street and restaurants! Also very easily accessible to nearby highways. The apartment was exactly as pictured, very well stocked! Would stay here again and have already sent to friends for future stays. (The one and only downside was that the people staying in the apartment above us were very loud as early as 3am getting in from bars and waking us up.) Other than that it was perfect!

The place was amazing and close to everything. I was also impressed by the cleanliness of the unit. They only thing I’d recommend is maybe spraying for mosquitoes as I got bitten up heavily while sitting in the lovely courtyard. (My fault though for not bringing bug spray). We would definitely stay again!

We brought my parents to Charleston for the first time and this place was perfect for two couples. The beds were very comfortable and we enjoyed the courtyard area as well. The kitchen had everything we needed for lite breakfasts and the off-street parking was incredibly convenient. We would definitely stay here again!

My sister and I met for a quick weekend in Charleston. The unit was perfect - exactly as described, very clean & comfortable, and great location one block from shopping and restaurants. The building is situated in a complex with an adorable courtyard where we sat outside and enjoyed the weather. The host was very responsive and communicated timely. We would definitely stay here again!

Location was ideal. The unit was spotless and stocked with initial necessities. The courtyard was a highlight...private and beautifully furnished!

Communication and check in process was clear and very easy. Unit was clean with ample supplies of basic necessities. Nicely decorated with a cozy courtyard. Location was great. Only real negative is the shower water pressure.

We spent a long weekend, and the place was great. It’s close enough to walk everywhere, but some of the places like the Market and Battery were longer walks, so give yourself time, or grab an Uber. Off street parking was great!

Lovely spot for 2 couples for a long weekend. Cute outdoor courtyard with parking onsite. Easy walking distance to many restaurants and cafes.

Property was beautiful and had all the supplies needed for our vacation. Would stay again.
