There’s a peaceful queen bedroom for restful nights, plus a second living room featuring a flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa — ideal for movie nights or additional guests.

Just beyond, you’ll find a spacious twin bedroom overlooking the ocean, creating a serene space to relax and recharge. This room also includes a desk, so if work happens to follow you to Maine, at least you’ll have an inspiring view while you answer emails.

Upstairs on the main level, the heart of the home opens into a bright and airy living, dining, and kitchen space designed for gathering together. Open the screen doors to the porch, fire up the gas grill, and enjoy effortless indoor-outdoor living with salty ocean breezes all around.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for memorable family meals, including both a Keurig and drip coffee maker for slow coastal mornings and even a lobster pot for classic Maine lobster dinners shared with loved ones.

The third floor is dedicated to a spacious king master suite — your own private coastal oasis. While the suite itself does not have a traditional door, two layers of heavy-duty shades provide privacy whenever desired. Room-darkening shades ensure restful sleep, and each morning you can open them to reveal sliding glass doors leading to your private balcony overlooking the ocean.

The suite also features a full ensuite bathroom and a large walk-in closet, giving you plenty of room to settle in and truly feel at home.
