A View to Sea - Pool - Hot Tub - Dogs Welcome

House was perfect for our group! The path to the beach on the side of the house was my favorite. Seeing the sun rise there was amazing! Kids had a blast in the pool and the game room. Kitchen was laid out perfectly for our needs! We totally loved the full pantry to the side of the kitchen. 2 things really stood out as not so great. The dishwasher on the right did not work and I felt the kitchen could have been a little cleaner. Other that that! Perfect!

Stayed for the week with 16 family members although a few had to leave a couple of days early. House was beautiful and well kept; in very good shape...I would guess less than 5 years old. Very spacious accomodations. Pictures on website are pretty much-what-you-see-is-what-you-get! Floor plan seemed strategic...we could be close together in the large living room or find places to be alone (when needed) and all of the bedrooms were secluded either by a hallway or other type of room. Property Manager, Mr Kitts, was very responsive to texts with questions. One small issue with a broken ice maker; was unable to get it fixed while we were there, but we felt due diligence was done on their part to assess the situaton and try to get it taken care of as quickly as possible. We survived with one trip to the store for 4-5 bags of ice and had some left over. The view of the surf from the house was obscured due to the high dunes, even from the top level, but not much anyone could do about that; the ocean is still visible however. The private walkway to the beach exits to the public beach access path. There was a sharp drop-off from the public beach access path down to the beach. It was a little tenuous at best. Each morning there were beach chairs and umbrellas prepared, waiting for us to use. Poor kid had to set them up one morning in a driving rain. We really appreciated all of the work behind the scenes to get the house ready for us. We plan on returning next year.Jeff: Jamestown, NC

The perfect house on the ocean to stay with extended family or friends. It had everything we could have ever wanted and everything we needed. Our stay was to celebrate our graduating Seahawk and the house was the perfect for our big extended family to stay and have their own privacy while still all being together. The game room, the pool, hot tub and ocean were the big hits!! The owner, Jim, was super friendly, helpful, and responsive. We highly recommend!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️

I loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Loved that most rooms had king size beds. Enough dishes for our large group but needs more glassware unless you like drinking wine and beer from solo cups. That would be me only complaint. Everything else was amazing and Jim was easy to work with.

This property had everything you could ever need for a fun beach vacation, down to pool toys for the kids, beach chairs, and even spices for cooking. Beautiful house and comfy beds. Will def be back!

LOVED this beach house! We are a group of women friends in our late 60s who have gotten together for an annual weekend for almost 20 years, and this was our favorite house by far! Feels brand-new, scrupulously clean, beautifully furnished, fully equipped, with every amenity you could ask for. The owner was super responsive when we had questions before we went, and the management company fixed one small issue (our fault) within an hour, even on a Sunday morning. Fully operational hot tub, pool and elevator as advertised (not the case in every house we've been to) and a perfect location. We will definitely go back!
