A View for Two: Tiny House with BIG VIEWS

The stargazing was worth everything. The house is exactly as stated: cute and tiny and the perfect romantic stay for a couple :)

This property is so cute and tucked away! We watched the sunset and the sunrise with some wine, and it was perfect. There’s three other smaller “cabins” on the hilltop but I’ve stayed twice and people are very respectful and quiet. Recommend staying for a couples or solo getaway to relax and recharge!

The location on top of the mountain provided spectacular views and cool mornings even in July. I would suggest putting a medium sized skillet in the house to use with the convection hot plate. The fridge may need checking also. It took most of three days to cool down. Overall this is a great rental which I think was an outstanding value. I would definately stay here again.

A much needed getaway for hubby and I. David checked on us the night of check-in to make sure we found the place. Absolutely amazing panoramic views. We took advantage of the views and had a steak dinner out on the knoll out front one night. Our favorite part was the huge window facing the views. We loved waking up to that every morning. Only recommendation if you choose this location, be aware that it is a one lane dirt/gravel road up to the top so a very low to the ground vehicle may scrape and you could potentially meet traffic going up/down if guests in other cabins. Everything was great! It had beautiful views. The room was very clean when we got there. It’s also pretty spacious for a tiny tiny home. It had everything necessary even species to cook. My boyfriend and I loved it.

Beautiful tiny home with gorgeous views. The host gave us great directions back to the cabin because gps does not take you to the right spot. We only stayed one night but we will definitely be back for a longer stay.

Everything was just as pictured. Even though it was below freezing when we were there, it was warm in the house. The host went above and beyond making sure road conditions were safe enough to drive because they had received snow prior to our visit. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a little getaway with big views.

We had such a wonderful cozy stay. This tiny house has all the essentials you need and has a spectacular view. Love that you feel off the beaten path back in the woods, but it’s not too bad for get out for the store, etc! Just felt like the perfect stop and the layout of it was perfect—easy to get around. We also found the futon to be more comfortable than most! Highly recommend!

Great little place. The host was great, I had a lot of questions and he answered them all very quickly. It was really cold outside most nights and the heater inside did very well. I was worried about the bed a little but it turned out to be very comfortable. I’m 6’ tall but I think if you are much taller it might be a little uncomfortable. We were able to cook breakfast every morning inside with no issues. I think larger meals would be difficult. The views are beautiful. There are three other tiny houses on top with you. They are closer than I thought originally but it wasn’t an issue at all. We went horseback riding one day in Blowing Rock and it was awesome. We went snow tubing another day and it was a great experience as well. Overall it was a great experience.

Great communication with the host, the views were wonderful and the space was perfect for me and my partner. We were completely comfortable and had everything we needed.

This is the perfect spot for a peaceful stay. The trip up was no problem, even in a normal sedan. The tiny house was clean and set up well, with everything I needed for a week there. It is in a group with 3 other buildings, but everybody staying there was quiet and kept to themselves, so you wouldn't have known it. You can't beat the views or the quiet evenings. David was responsive before, during, and after my stay. Great experience.

Had no problem navigating for Randy driving.(HE WASN'T SO SURE WHEN WE WERE GOING UP THE MOUNTAIN, THOUGHT I GOT US LOST). WAS A GOOD LAUGH! ONCE AGAIN, WAS A LOVELY GET AWAY! THANK YOU FOR OUR STAY. 2nd time going and it didn't disappoint. It poured, but my purpose was to relax and unwind. Rain gave me the perfect reason to stay inside.

I came out for a long weekend and the property was so quiet and peaceful. The home is tiny but perfect for what I needed. The views can be seen from every part of the home and really are something to see. I couldn’t stop looking at them and the sunsets seem to go forever up there. We stayed here while in town for a wedding and it was the best choice!!! The tiny home is exactly that… a tiny home, so it is great for a couple or a solo trip! The owners were quick to respond when I had questions and were beyond thorough when giving directions. If you are questioning the listing… just book it! You won’t regret the view or the quiet atmosphere.

My wife and I booked this tiny cabin for a weekend get away and we are blown away by the views!!! This simple cabin gave us the peace and quiet we were looking for!!

My Wife and I loved every peaceful minute we had together at this cozy tiny house. It was a stepping stone in our honeymoon adventure and was definitely one of the best. I highly recommend this place if you’re looking to get away from all the noise and enjoy a bit of peace and quiet with a beautiful view!

Amazing sunset and sunrise views!!! Wonderful location atop the mountain. Great romantic getaway. Driveway is one lane and a little treacherous in some areas, I would not recommend driving a low car. Great communication and check in was easy.

The view was spectacular.. the cabin was so clean and nicely decorated, very homey.. the bathroom was so clean.. I was very impressed with it.. the seclusion was great.. the weather was so nice I was able to sleep with the window open and listen to the night sounds.. it was the reset I needed..

Because of the weather (rain and fog) we did not get to enjoy what attracted us to the poperty. This is not the first futon bed we have slept on but it was the worst.

Perfect spot on a mountain top with amazing views and comfortable logging! Enjoyed the whole stay!
