A Taste of Ely 4 BR Apartment, with Sauna

This property was perfect for our large group, we loved being in walking distance to local shops and dining. Our host responded quickly when we had additional needs. This is a very unique place to stay. The pool table kept everyone entertained in the evening and we enjoyed reading about the history of the building. On the downside-we were looking forward to sitting outside. There was one small picnic table, no chairs/patio set as advertised. We would definitely contact Kelly if we visit the area again Thank you

This is such a fun location and beautiful home! We stayed with our family ages 70-7 & it was a great place for all of us. The host’s communication was great & she made the whole process easy. We can’t wait to come back again!

We stayed here after a 6 night/7 day guided Boundary Waters trip and it was the perfect place to re-integrate. If we needed something like food or souvenirs, it was an easy walk. If we needed quiet or to veg, the lodging was perfect. The sauna and laundry were also terrific amenities as the group recovered and prepped for leaving after a challenging trip.

Very spacious and well thought out. Stayed 3 nights with family after exiting the BWCA. Thoroughly enjoyed the sauna, the great water pressure, the well equipped laundry, and kitchen AND the fabulous coffee shop right out the front door. Love nature, but the big city of Ely has it’s charms and Taste of Ely is where you want to stay.

Amazing spot! We booked the Taste of Ely for a Girl Scout group and it was perfect for our weekend trip. The spacious kitchen, deck, and space was perfect for our group of 12. The host made sure everything was perfect for our stay. Thank you, Kelly!!

Fabulous location, very clean, everything we needed to cook, and our family of 6 adults and 5 teenagers fit well. Plenty of sleeping space and area for the kids to play. We would definitely stay here again.

A Taste of Ely was a great choice for our weekend with four couples.Very roomy, comfortable furniture, lots of interesting spaces to be together and also get off by yourself. We enjoyed the interesting historical aspect of the property and appreciated the thorough renovation they've done; the bathrooms and kitchen were all fresh and new. The sauna was wonderful and worked great!! So much in Ely was within easy walking distance; we only regret that we never had time to stop into our favorite spot in Ely, the Brandenburg Gallery, which was just steps away. We'd love to go back to TOE; everything was as listed and convenient. We highly recommend it!

We absolutely loved this property! Location was great, parking right behind the building was super convenient. We were visiting during low tourist season, so not many stores were open, but this would be an even better location when the town is hopping!We loved the communal space! Pool table was a hit with the kids :-) Sauna an adult favorite!

Stayed here for a month while filming. Was an absolute treat. Kelly was a gem and incredible helpful. Spot is in a great location walking distance of everything you need in town.

FANTASTIC place to stay! Great location, right in town. The place was cute, had LOTS of common space for us to chill together. I would highly recommend this place!

Good vibes the minute I walked in! I am originally from Ely and actually went to this building when it was the TOE restaurant. They have done a fabulous job converting it into a VRBO! Enough seating for all 10 of us, spacious kitchen, comfortable beds and pillows, and great Ely decor! Will definitely be back!

We enjoyed our stay. There was 11 of us including grandkids and grandparents. Everyone was comfortable, and had fun.

Our family enjoyed our short stay at Taste of Ely. The property was very clean, comfortable, and cozy with plenty of areas for our group of 7 to spread out and relax. Located in downtown Ely we were able to visit shops and restaurants on foot. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will book again if we return to Ely.

We were in Ely for a family event and so are familiar with the area. The location is great and anyone visiting can easily walk most places. The rental was roomy and clean. When we realized we couldn’t find a propane tank for the gas grill, the host got one almost immediately to us. This host was super responsive. We would definitely stay at this location again.
