Our tiny home tries really hard to be as wonderful as the cedar tree it sits next to. It even dressed itself in fancy cedar siding and lathered itself with tung oil. And although its efforts may have failed (it s hard to top mother nature), a definite theme has been born. Runner-up names included Hail Cedar! and 20,000 Leagues Beneath the Cedar.

Amenities:
- The best neighborhood
- A home & yard of your own, surrounded by a privacy fence
- Driveway parking
- Comfy queen bed
- Smart TV including Netflix, Max, and YouTube TV
- AC & heat that works wonderfully
- Full kitchen & bathroom
- Washer & dryer
- BBQ grill
- Outdoor patio with hammock & couches
- Two cruiser bicycles

More amenities :
- Beach items: Solbello beach shade, chairs, towels, cooler, mesh bag
- Alexa Bluetooth speaker
- Wireless charging pad
- White noise machine & portable fans
- Air purifier (BlueAir)
- Books & games
- Two dedicated, caring hosts

The bicycles are especially nice, because there are awesome neighborhood venues within a leisurely ride. Plus, the neighborhood itself is cute and quirky and fun to cruise around. More on that later. For now, on the tiny house:

It's tiny! But it doesn't feel that way. The light colors, many windows, and high ceilings help to open it up and create awesome vibes. The loft holds a queen-sized mattress, which sits low to the floor on tatami mats. There is a full bath with a rain-down shower, air vent, and cloth curtain door. There is a fully functional kitchen, with gas stove and microwave. There is a cozy living room with desk/table and a futon couch. Plenty of cabinet storage and a half-length mirror inside the cabinet door.

Items for daily living abound: fast wi-fi, Mrs. Meyers soaps, Everyone shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, towels & bed linens, a full set of quality cookware and knives, electric kettle, small coffee maker, French press, a selection of teas, Trader Joe's dark roast coffee, wine glasses and wine opener, champagne glasses, pepper grinder, kosher salt, olive oil, etc. If you are in need of anything, just ask!

The house sits on the front left corner of our property and is surrounded on three sides by a privacy fence. The front faces the driveway, which is where you'll pull up and park (left side). In effect, because of the tall fence, guests have an entire property to themselves. In your enclosed outside space, there is a patio with ambient lighting, furniture & a hammock. There is also a BBQ grill and a lean-to shed with bicycles. Lastly, there is a backyard shed with a washer and dryer.

Easy, keyless entry. A motion light that comes on if you arrive at night.

Can not say enough good things about our stay. The perfect spot if you're trying to balance a little of everything in the Charleston area. The area it is in specifically is also so nice for bike rides and walking. The property itself is such a great tiny home design with everything you could need. The owner Brian was amazing, great communicator and helpful with anything you might need. This is definitely a spot I would look to stay at again if given the chance!

We absolutely loved staying at this tiny home. Only a 15 minute drive to downtown and 15 to Folly Beach was a no brainer. Would recommend this to anyone staying in Charleston!

The tiny house is located in a really neat neighborhood with quiet streets. Excellent for walking. We enjoyed the privacy and the convenient location (just a few miles to downtown Charleston or to Folly Beach). The house was tidy, clean and comfortable. The host was very helpful in offering suggestions on places to eat, best times to get to the beach, and other things locals would know and make a visitor feel welcomed.

Super cool tiny house, comfy couch and bed in loft. great water pressure, nice hot shower, short walk to Huriyayi coffee, smoothies, great food-and a yoga studio! 20 min to downtown Charleston - had the best curry at Kulchura’s new location too. there is no freezer section in the fridge but owner provides ice in a thermos. one 1/2 length mirror inside closet. Alexa available. We had a wonderful time.

Wonderful stay for a traveling couple firat time to SC. Host communication was great, very timely responses. A list of Information from the host about nearby restaurants and where to go was helpful for navigating around Charleston for our short stay. The neighborhood is safe, with families & single persons out bicyling/walking in the area to see the sunsets at 2 park locations within walking distance. Being a coffee drinker, my favorite creamer was in the fridge! Additional welcoming touches such as ice cubes in a Yeti cooler in the mini-fridge and Alexa (which I dont have at home), was super nice to use. Well maintained, clean, with 'extras' for an enjoyable stay.

This was my first tiny house experience and wish I would have stayed an extra day. The location was within 8 miles of the beach and close to food. The stove and outdoor amenities were less than expected but overall Super cute place. Would definitely stay again.

On day one we encountered some storms in the morning and Brian reached out to let us know to travel safe and that we could come early if needed. When we finally arrived the immediate reaction was, it's adorable! All directions for arriving were spot on and the tip sheets left out were so easy and helpful. Even though it's a tiny home, it was perfect for the two of us. I loved all the hand painted drawings I found throughout the space! The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and buslte but still easily accessible to anything we wanted to do. Hands down the hidden gem of our trip was Terrace Theater, which Brian and Ava recommended, and it was nearly 10 minute walk away. Also loved getting a spotify playlist for the drive home. Such a great stay and such great hosts!

We loved it here! It was so cozy and truly felt like we were at home. The AC works great, and space was very clean. The host was very communicative and helpful especially if we needed anything. At first we were skeptical of the size (yes we know we rented a tiny home) but it was plenty of space and really great!!! Will definitely look to stay here again. Also in a great, safe neighborhood!

This tiny home is a perfect getaway place for 1-2 people. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The place was accurately represented and the neighborhood felt very safe for me to ride the provided bike around. Seeing the sunset on the Stono river at the back of the neighborhood was a plus as well. The restaurants and activities recommended by the host were also very nice. Thank you so much.

My 2 night stay in the adorable tiny home was perfect! This little gem was clean, comfortable and convenient to downtown Charleston. Although I opted to not cook while there, home was equipped with refrigerator, stove, microwave and the coffeemaker which I did use. Very comfortable bed. Met the owner who immediately responded to a small heating issue which was resolved immediately. Fun experience to stay in a tiny home. I would definitely consider again if ever in Charleston again!
