A stunning private estate situated on 6.5 acres along the Mopan River with pool and water slide.

We are a family of four and stayed for four nights. It’s a beautiful property. Jay does a great job making the property easy and fun. The drive in from town took about 20 minutes. The dirt road was rough in some spots but manageable. Ernesto, the caretaker/maintenance person was awesome. He was very helpful and knew a lot about the trees on the property. Lots of different fruits to pick from. We’d definitely stay again.

The house and property are incredible and our daily swims and night swims were the best! The house has everything you need and nothing you don't. A true oasis. We loved picking fresh fruit to use in our meals and waking up to the chorus of bird calls. Our host was attentive and had great communication. We can't wait to go back again!

Property was gorgeous and had every amenity possible

We had a great stay at Jay's property. The house and pool are amazing and he has really paid attention to al the details - there was sunscreen and aloe provided, lots of pool towels, first aid kits, pool toys and even a cooler to use. We would definitely stay here again and/or recommend.

We had a wonderful visit. The property is remote, quiet and peaceful but still in close proximity to town. The kids loved cooling off in the salt water pool with the fun water slide feature. The home was modern, clean very spacious.

The road was a bit bumpy to get to but that's irrelevant once you get to the property. Before we even checked in, the owner sent a message on how to get there and we ended up talking about a couple things. Pulling up to the house, you're surrounded by trees and openness at the same time. Hundreds, if not thousands of butterflies are all around the bushes and lime trees. My wife made friends with a couple iguanas, too. Their names are Gary and Cory. The kitchen was perfect for cooking and the owner put us in contact with a local chef (her name is Amini) who came out and taught our son to cook an authentic Belizean meal. We all ate and talked for a couple hours and it was one of the best parts of our trip. The couch pulled out to a king size bed that was extremely comfortable. Not one of those cheap pull out sofas. The mornings, we had coffee and listened to (faint) howler calls and my son loved the pool! We spent a lot of time on the deck, watching birds and just enjoying the sounds.

I don’t know if I have enough words to describe how great this property is and how amazing Jay was to us. This property has all the amenities of home along with privacy as well and fun. Very private and very clean. Jay himself was a godsend. Thanks to his constant communication, not only did he help us in securing a vehicle-which can be hard to do-he was also available for every question we could have about Belize in general. I would not think twice about booking with him again. Definitely a slice a paradise.

Great stay, responsive host answered all my questions, a/c worked great, private swimming pool was fantastic, enjoyed relaxing in front of the river, very peaceful location with monkeys and birds passing by. Highly recommend!
