A Shore Thing - Coastal home w/ foosball & porch

The Patel family had an absolutely wonderful stay at A Shore Thing! From the moment we arrived, we could immediately tell how much care and attention was put into creating a welcoming experience. The home was spotless, beautifully maintained, spacious, and felt incredibly warm and inviting. Everything was thoughtfully arranged, and it truly felt like a home away from home rather than just a rental property.The location was excellent, and the atmosphere made it easy for our entire family to relax, spend quality time together, and create memories we will cherish. We especially appreciated the comfortable layout and the overall feeling that the hosts genuinely care about giving guests a great experience. We have stayed at many vacation homes over the years, and this was one of our favorite family stays.The only unfortunate issue had nothing to do with the property itself, but with a neighboring resident across from the home. During our stay, she repeatedly created an uncomfortable environment by appearing to intentionally set off her car alarm, making inappropriate comments toward younger family members, and recording videos of our family without permission. While this was disappointing, it does not reflect the quality of the home or the hosts. We would absolutely recommend this property and hope this situation is addressed because A Shore Thing truly deserves its great reputation.

This is a great location, amazing views, short walk to the beach.

Balconies were terrific!Please note, AC is in major need of repair, Kitchen sink needs ATTENTION, loose basin, and a working heavy duty garbage disposal. Missing pillow cases. Should have a bigger refrigerator with working ice/water. Ceiling fans / remotes in all the rooms were an issue.

The property has easy access to the beach and is not in a super crowded area. House has tons of space and allows privacy for different groups within the house. Top floor has great views othocean

The house is beautiful andnplenty of space for our group of 11 people. The managing company were excellent with communication. You can hear the waves of the beach and great breezes even thiugh you are ine house away from beachfront. The reason why this is not a top rating is that the living space furniture was stained, carpet stains, chair backs with holes. This is pet friendly as to why we chose it, but living space smelled like a musty dog. Hurrican Milton came through the week prior and the management company called to say the i side was fine but exterior soffits and ceili g fans were torn away. We k ew this going in but the soffit that remained flapped in the wi d and kept some people up as their bedrooms backed up to the porches. Also, picture shows a one story house Cross from it with clear views of the beach, when in reality there is a 3 story home being built in its place. So obstructed view straight on. Overall great weekeknd for the family, but we had to refresh with febreeze when we arrived!

Lovely home- lots of room for the family and two little ones. It met our needs. Kitchen had everything we needed to make meals. The view was great! Beach access was good too. Couple of things I would recommend- the living room furniture was soiled and dirty- so was the rug. The rug had large stains and very dirty - we have an 8 month old that is crawling-I didn’t want her on the rug. Not enough towels- had to purchase detergent to wash them so we would have clean ones for the week. Otherwise - good place!
