A serene 4BR 2BA sanctuary with desert tranquility, minutes from Joshua Tree !

Great stay! Place was clean and had all the amenities needed. Beds were very comfortable, kitchen was well stocked. Bbq worked. It was perfect for a weekend getaway. Thank you!

Everything was nice and clean when we arrived. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed for the minimal cooking we did (except for hand towels, which wasn’t a big deal to us), and same goes for the bathroom. We didn’t get around to trying out the hot tub, but the yard was in good condition. Overall, we had a great time!

This property was the perfect spot for us to explore nearby Joshua Tree National Park. The hot tub was a welcome amenity after a day of hiking and exploring. Grocery store, restaurants, gas stations, and other helpful spots close by.

Positives:•Beds were memory foam (not old spring mattresses), and comfortable•Garage was open to use with a garage door opener clicker to use as well•Hot Tub was clean and worked well•AC and heat worked wellNegatives:•No kitchen towels- something that other reviewers complained about long ago, and you'd think would be taken care of by now•We used all 4 beds, but when we arrived, the other 3 beds were not made correctly. None had top sheets- just a quilted blanket on top, and one didn't have a fitted sheet over the mattress, but a poorly tucked in flat sheet. I was able to find the cabinet in the garage, which happened to be unlocked, and grabbed the correct sheets for all the beds, but it was quite frustrating that I had to remake all three beds.• Upon arrival, I also found a whole set of sheets and several towels half wet in the dryer. I had to finish the dry cycle and put those items away. Obviously that wasn't hard, but that's what they PAY the housekeeper to do.• The dishes in the dishwasher were clean but not put away. We had to put them away upon arrival.•No trash can in the guest bath- something other reviews have mentioned•No toaster•No hot tub towels, but extra bath towels if cabinet is unlockedThe owner seemed indifferent about the issues we mentioned, which were mainly housekeeping. I missed out on wedding festivities to finish what HK didn't. They offered an extra night stay at 60% off when we thought we might stay one more night, but we didn't.

The host was communicative, photos and listing were accurate, excellent location, entry and parking were easy, and the house was clean. We loved the hot tub, living space and kitchen setup/appliances.There were 2 main issues that would lead us not to return. The heat would not stop pumping very hot air. We turned it down to 65, but it was still incredibly hot. We were able to close some air vents but others were stuck open. Sleeping was very uncomfortable. We didn't open the windows because there are no screens and the unit is ground level, so someone could easily enter. Secondly, the hot water runs out very quickly. We could manage 2 back to back ten minute showers but then the next people would have to wait half hour or longer before they could take warm showers.Some other issues: 2 of the smoke detectors were low on battery and chirping loudly. It wasn't easy to figure out how to disconnect them to stop the chirping. There were no bath mats or dish towels, just enough for each of us to have one hot tub towel and one bath towel.

Property was great. Plenty of room for our family, great layout and options at the property and the location in Yucca Valley was great for the activities we were involved in. The cleanliness of the property was the issue. Initially notieced that the dining table was sticky and not clean and a few other surface things were not cleaned. As we were unpacking we noticed 2 of the 4 beds had sheets that were not clean. Crumbs in the bed, crusty stuff on the comforter and sheets and body hair also in the sheets. We then washed the bedding to address these issues. We then contacted the owner/property manager number listed. They did respond right away and offered to have the cleaner come back to address the issues. We were heading out for dinner and were told that the cleaner would be there in 90 mins or so. We were out for an extended period of time and retunred to the house around 9:30pm. We quickly noticed that no one had been there to clean. At this point we were getting ready for bed and my sons girlfriend grabbed a towel from the closet for a shower and while drying off found more body hair on the towel. We then washed all of the towels and finished getting ready for bed. At 10pm the cleaner arrived and asked if we wanted her to clean. We were headed to bed and I turned her away. We had already cleaned the areas we found anyway. Overall the cleanliness was an issue and we were offered a 1 day refund, which was appreciated. Would be nice for a cleaning fee refund as well.

Our stay at this desert property exceeded all expectations! The location was incredibly convenient - having a Walmart just five minutes away made it easy to stock up on food and any essentials we needed during our visit.The property itself was immaculate and beautifully maintained. Everything looked freshly updated, including what appeared to be recent paint work that gave the space a crisp, welcoming feel. The attention to detail in the upkeep really showed.The spa was definitely a highlight of our stay - we spent many relaxing hours enjoying that amenity. It was the perfect way to unwind after exploring the desert.We did our best to maintain the same high standard of cleanliness that we found upon arrival, and we left behind a few small gifts as a token of our appreciation. Thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us - it made for a truly memorable desert experience!

Very spacious place with modern updates. Except for having no towels or rags for the kitchen or dish soap to hand wash, everything was great. We would stay here again.

East access Very comfortable Quiet neighborhood Would stay here again!

We loved our stay here! You can hear the neighbors sometimes (one day they were playing hip hop), but no one could predict that, so overall the space is peaceful, clean, beautiful! The only comment for the owner is that the house didn't have a lot of supplies (e.g. we had to buy paper towels and regular towels were a bit hidden away), but it was a small inconvenience. Would definitely stay again, and the hot tub was a relaxing touch!

Great location and super easy to find, really close to the town of yucca valley and not far from places like pioneer town as well. We tried out a local bar called the Tiny Pony, less than a 5 minute drive from this home! Super cute, definitely recommend.

The house was overall as expected. Nice, quite neighborhood close to the heart of Yucca off OWS. The back yard was great for my boys to be able to play with their cousins. Kitchen was spacious for cooking a large meal for family, and the house was large and comfortable. The few critiques I have were: Hair in the showers and bedside drawers from previous guests. No hand towels available for kitchen or bathrooms. No bath mats available for either bathroom. No trash can in guest bathroom. Few

Stayed here for a few days while we were racing at King of the Hammers. Perfect location for a crew of 7. Plenty of space to park 3 trucks with trailers in the front.

Very lovely home and nice neighborhood. Everything was great. For me personally the beds were too hard but that's a personal choice. I would definitely stay here again.

My family and I stayed at this home for a couple days. We wanted to find a place to stay near Joshua Tree and this place was perfect! The host was super responsive and they were amazing. If you're looking for a nice cozy home to stay in that's near Joshua Tree, this is is the perfect spot!

VERY happy with our stay here! The home was extremely clean and decorated adorably. I greatly appreciated having coffee and creamer on hand for our first morning. The kitchen had everything we needed to be able to cook and grill for our family. The location could not have been better…minutes from town and several grocery stores and only a 15 minute drive to the entrance of Joshua Tree. Lots of close restaurants as well and also close to Pioneertown which was a ton of fun. Everything was just as the listing described and we appreciate the attention that the host gave us and the home.

House was as advertised, large oprn space. Nice backyard with jacuzzi and sitting area in shade. Master bath was perfect with handheld shower and separate room for toilet. Property manager very responsive and accommodating. We will be back!
