Direct TV w/DVR, 4 HD Flat Screen TVs, Wi-Fi, charcoal grill and outdoor shower. Outdoor entertaining on two decks with patio furniture and picnic table. Close to restaurants, groceries, bicycle & kayak rentals, SGI State Park, Lighthouse, fishing pier etc. Our main objective is to make sure you have a FUN, CAREFREE, Holiday at Sand, Sea and Surf!

Great house in a quiet neighborhood with views of the Gulf from the front porch. All you could need for a peaceful vacation. East Pine is a special art of the island with almost 80 acres of bayside State Land to explore and a quick walk or golf cart ride to the beach.

Were bearable down to local eateries (20+ minutes) or the beach 5 minutes. They have an outdoor shower to rinse feet

This rental was the ideal location for a first ever men family gathering (5 men) with quick and easy accesses to the beach, bay, and State Park. I highly recommend this very clean house with an excellent view to the Gulf.
