Stayed Dec 27, 2025Cozy house situated in a beautiful farm with mountains in backdrop. We loved the location and was very peaceful. The children enjoyed playing with the sheep and goats. So much fun. The house was very clean and lots of bedding n towels to use. Our stay was very comfortable. The Lithia park is a must see.. and just a short drive.

Stayed Aug 15, 2025My friend & I had a lovely stay here while visiting OSF. The home in the country, located on a working farm, so it’s quiet and peaceful. The beds were comfortable, the bedding and towels were very nice, and there are lots of places to hang - both inside and out. There’s a full kitchen, with a keurig, lots of coffee pods, and many tea options. We only used the kitchen for a light breakfast each day, so can’t comment on the pans, etc. The house was spotless and the cleaning tasks when leaving were pretty simple. We only had a couple of very small issues that didn’t really affect the quality of our stay. The property has several buildings & the directions to the correct building were not quite accurate, so needs to be updated in the owners instructions. The e-locks are self-locking, but only if you don’t touch them, which wasn’t really explained, and once you’re inside, it’s impossible to tell if the doors are locked or not. The shower was fine, but it’s hard to get it set to a temp above lukewarm - found that it was best to turn the hot on full, with the cold barely on at all. As mentioned before, these were all minor things that wouldn’t stop us from staying there again in the future.

Stayed Jun 8, 2025If I could give it a 10 star instead of just a five star, I would. The house itself is located in the midst of towering fir trees; it is cool, quaint and cozy. Sitting on the porch swings each morning listening to the birds and the faint sounds of the working farm background noises was a highlight. The inside of the house was modern, clean and very comfortable. The decor fits the farmhouse theme, the beds were heavenly and the modern appliances such as washer/dryer, coffee maker, dishwasher, purified water dispenser, etc were a nice addition to making us feel like a home away from home. The fenced backyard had a grill, patio tables, fire ring and more. The hosts were available if you needed them, and very accommodating. We are already planning on booking the Little Farmhouse next summer for much longer time. We felt so centrally located to all the lakes, hiking and concert activities we attended. The best retreat ever!

Stayed Jun 3, 2025This farmhouse is beautifully updated and immaculately maintained. The farm itself self is a delight with hanging baskets of flowers, shady lawn areas and a cute collection of farm animals. The property is fenced and gated. The beds were comfy and kitchen well stocked. There is a lovely front porch with swing and back porch with table and chairs. The landlord was pleasant and helpful. We enjoyed our time there and would be happy to come back. If you are scent sensitive they do use plug in scent dispensers.

Stayed Feb 7, 2025Farm was blanketed in snow for the entire week we were there.....loved the scenery as we don't have snow where we live. Amenities were great! Cooked most dinners at home since we didn't want to be driving at night on country roads. Many convenient eating places nearby. Thank you Erin for the comfy & cozy home. It was close enough to Medford & Ashland which we frequented. Will be back if we get back to the area.

Stayed Jul 8, 2024We had a wonderful time at the Pheasant Fields Farm. This is a working farm with the most warm and friendly family. I they are so welcoming it feels like you’re staying with relatives. It’s also very peaceful and relaxing. The location is great for visiting local wineries and attending the Oregon Shakespeare Festival. Definitely will recommend to family and friends.
