A relaxing Mountain retreat - 15 - 20 minutes to downtown Chattanooga!

The home was spacious enough for our crew and cozy enough for comfort. Well equipped and perfect for our trip. We had the grandkids and they loved the playground. We all enjoyed smores at the fire pit. We accidentally left laundry in the dryer and the host graciously offered to ship it to us. Check in and communication were a breeze. We would differently stay again should we be in the area.

Perfect spot for me and the kids while attending the Trials Training Center's Family Camp. Kids were exhausted each day. Come back, shower and go to bed... and I did laundry and prep for next session. Scenic drive in and out both ways. Need A Food City grocery store near Chattanooga and in Whitwell a real nice Dollar General Marketplace.

It was above what we expected. She listened to our reasons for our visit and did extra special things for us. Birthday card and balloon for my granddaughter’s birthday. And adorable Easter decorations were throughout. So kind and accommodating! We cannot wait for our next visit

Had a wonderful stay in this really quiet comfortable home. It was convenient to everything we had going on over the weekend. We really enjoyed our stay and have already recommended this home to some other people we know will be coming to the area soon. Easy check in and out. Very clean! Easy to find via gps. Would recommend and hope to come back in the future. Can’t think of any negatives. They even had basic supplies plus. Extra touches were very nice!

What a nice cozy place 15 minutes outside the city. Very clean with a country yard. My friend and I really enjoyed our time there. Well equipped kitchen for meals with multiple grocery stores close by. Plus some great local restaurants not far away. The owner was very responsive to questions and wanted us to enjoy our stay. Highly recommend!

This a delightful little house: clean, comfortable, cute, and welcoming. Everything was comfortable and there were plenty of dishes and silverware even for a big family. The owners clearly stay here, which is always nicer than rental-only house and their bland investment-grade furnishings.

The home was well stocked and within a 20-30 min. Drive to all events we wanted to attend. Would recommend this property and revisit.

The house was fantastic. Cozy, clean and great for our girls weekend. The fire pit was a great addition with wood, starters and fire sticks included. The soaps and snacks were a great touch.

We were there for a wedding, the house was fantastic!! The owners provided everything from toys for the children to play with, chairs for sitting outside, and comfortable beds for all. We will stay at this property again if the need arises and the property is available.

This house was fantastic! Better than I had hoped. There wasn't anything that you needed except your own food. This house was perfect for our family.

Clean and well kept

I recommend this place if your looking for peace & quiet. We were 20 mins from everything we wanted to do. Neighbors were super friendly & if you go on the 4th the community comes together & puts on the greatest firework show! If we go back for a visit we would nore than likely go back here. Owners kept our garbage can empty so that was extremely helpful & kind. Kids had a pack & play to sleep, they really enjoyed the playground, the toys & plenty of family games. We are not disappointed!

house was very clean with many extras. Sharon even left my Granddaughter some bubbles for her birthday.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The house fit our family of 5 perfectly. The drive down the mountain was not too bad. You must take the time to drive the dirty stone road to see Snoopers Rock.

Quiet, clean, good place to stay!

This was a nice, relaxing place to stay close enough to town to not be a long drive, but away from the hustle and bustle. Everything we needed was provided. Our younger kids enjoyed the toys and games. Communication with the host was good. Definitely recommend it for families. We had a good weekend!

We enjoyed a lovely long weekend at The Kitty George House. It was all that we hoped for and more. The home was well kept and very comfortable. It had a cozy den and nice living room. The beds were very inviting and comfortable. The kitchen has a good layout with a deck adjoining. A convenient laundry room as well. The outdoor space was wonderful with seating and a play yard area for kids of many ages including toddler. We even got a visit from a very friendly neighborhood dog who brought his own ball for playtime fun. We would definitely visit again! Bring groceries and plan to arrive before dark, we did and were glad. It's worth the curvy drive! We found it in good proximity to all that we wanted to do in Chattanooga. It's a great retreat! Sharon is a marvelous Host! Thanks for everything, Sharon.

It was so quiet and peaceful here. We had a large yard for the boys to play in and there are many beautiful hiking trails nearby. The house was spotless; I couldn’t find a speck of dust anywhere. We were provided with dish soap and laundry detergent, which was helpful since we had arrived by airplane. The linens are luxuriously soft. There were Christmas decorations up also, which added a nice festive touch to our cozy cottage. The hostess is truly gracious and responsive. This was our first time in Signal Mountain, but it felt like home. We will certainly recommend this place others if they come this way.

We were very pleased when we opened the door. We could not have asked for anything better. The house was stocked with everything we needed and more. Linens and pillows are as good a 5 star hotel and the house was super clean. We stayed 4 nights and had a great time!

Property was clean and quiet. I thought we would have friends with us do we rented this 3 bedroom. They did not come. However great 3 bedroom 2 bath property. If you have kids there is a playhouse and toys outside.very dpacious inside. Host had great communication.

Family and I decided to do a house rental instead of a hotel for the first time ever. We could not have been more impressed. Very quick communication at all times, very clean and maintained house and property. Great selection of houseware. We really felt like we were home( deer in front yard and in a semi secluded area and everything). The girls absolutely loved the kids charades game. The money we saved by being able to cook our own meals cut hour vacation expense in half. Again, thank you for the awesome experience, and we will look forward to booking with you on our next mountain trip.

Our host was very responsive and when our trip was delayed due to Hurricane Helene, our host was understanding and let us shorten our stay, which was very kind. Great space for a family with infants, with toys, cribs, and space aplenty. We had a great time staying here. Thank you for such comfortable stay!

We have stayed in seceral Vrbo homes and this has been my favorite. We absolutely loved staying here. It was perfect for our family. Home is clean and decorated for the fall season. Loved having some games. Uno was a life saver during the band competition breaks. We are looking to return for spring break, since we were here for band competition and didnt get to enjoy the city much. Sharon is fast to respond and nice to work with. We can't wait to come back!
