A newly renovated classic Charleston home in the heart of downtown

We had a fabulous stay at this property! We compared rental properties to renting two hotel rooms and this was less expensive and a better choice. All three bedrooms were good size and had plenty of space 9 days worth of clothing and shoes. Our group included a couple, an aunt, and a mom and we had plenty of space. The living room and kitchen were small but there was room for us to relax during down time. There wasn't a table inside but there is a bar with 4 stools and table outsidefor eating or playing games. The full size washer and dryer was super helpful for our long stay! The backyard was big and nice in the evening when it cooled off. There was lots of outdoor sitting space, a fire pit, and a golf driving net. The driveway fit both of our vehicles and our bikes. I would NOT recommend driving a large vehicle here. The streets are tight and there are cars parked on both sides of the street and left and right of the driveway. We were able to get a mid-size truck with a bike rack out of the drive. Anything bigger than that will be tough due to the street setup. The hosts were lovely and helped made the stay even better than expected!

Fantastic stay! Communication was excellent, and all of our questions were answered quickly. The home was spotless, the kitchen was fully stocked, and we appreciated being able to drop off our bags early. The beautiful backyard was a wonderful bonus and a great place to relax. The location was perfect—within walking distance of downtown and many great restaurants. Nick provided an extensive list of recommendations, and we enjoyed several of their suggested restaurants and points of interest. Highly recommend!

The apartment was pretty good for all our needs since we were out sailing each day. We took our own coffee grinder to make coffee in the morning, the kitchen lacked tea spoons and could do with replacing the cutting boards. The garden area and bbq were really great. The front door lock is hanging off and needs to be re installed, the kitchen does not have a kettle to make tea. The off street parking is fab

The home itself is nice. But, we found the location, proximity to vacation areas, and the safety of the neighborhood and street questionable and not reflective of the advertisement. It is not walking distance to desirable locations and the neighborhood pretty scary to walk around.

The unit was well stocked, very uodated, and clean. We really appreciated the nice outdoor space. Look for the 4 leaf clovers! Have never found so many before.

Great place to stay in Charleston! House is exactly as pictured and had everything we needed. Check in process was super easy and owner even allowed us an early check in so we wouldn’t miss an event we had scheduled. Would highly recommend

Nick and Michelle are excellent hosts. Communication was fantastic, and they gave excellent recommendations. We were even welcomed with a bottle of sparkling wine!

We had a very comfortable stay on our visit to Charleston. The house is cozy, but was perfect for my family of 4 (two college-age kids). It was clean, well-stocked and well-maintained.The location was very convenient to King Street and a quick drive to the historical locations and Sullivan's Island.The host was extremely responsive and very easy to communicate with.

The rooms were clean and spacious. Hosts were excellent. Close to all the good shops

The place was small, clean and cute! Having parking was a HUGE bonus, and easy access to get on bridge to Sullivans Island and Isle of Palms!

Was in town with adult children for a wedding. House is nice with a great breakfast spot a couple of blocks away. Location is in a part of the city that is being renovated and going through a lot of change. We walked downtown during the day or took an Uber or drove our rental. Kitchen was well stocked bed rooms well appointed. Communication with the host was very good. This is a very good rental for adults.

Easy and inexpensive Uber access to downtown. The house is lovely inside and out and is very quite. All conceivable amenities were included which was a nice surprise. The owners are very nice people. We enjoyed sitting outside in the courtyard. I highly recommend this property!

This property was lovely. It was the perfect size for my family. It was very convenient to downtown Charleston. We really enjoyed our stay!

Cute comfortable house. Walking distance to coffee, food, adult beverages and shopping. We had a wonderful week.
