Stayed Jan 4, 2024We enjoyed our short stay at the property which is ideally located to explore Kent and the surrounding counties. High quality property, peaceful with plenty of parking we would consider returning when next staying in the area. Graeme is an excellent host with easy and clear instructions for arriving and using the property.

Stayed Jun 3, 2022We stayed for a week with our daughters and partners in order to attend a family wedding. We had a wonderful time. The cottage had everything you could possibly need and the hot tub was brilliant. The host was friendly and responsive to any requests. I would thoroughly recommend and would happily stay again if we were in the area.

Stayed May 20, 2022We all had a lovely time and enjoyed the property, although it was a little time consuming only having one bathroom. Owner/Manager gave excellent service and was very prompt with replies to our questions.

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Great stay! Me and the family had a lovely get away at this very modern bungalow! Nice and relaxing hot tub and place was extremely spacious! Wouldve been easier to have a door bell at the gates as we it was difficult when ordering takeout. But otherwise, we loved the place! Thank you Graeme
