• Please clean up after yourself and be responsible during your stay. Avoid disturbing your surrounding neighbors.

• ️ Do not rearrange the furniture in the property.

• Please do not eat or drink in the bedrooms.

• Smoking and vaping are not allowed on the property. You may smoke on the street, but please be mindful of the neighbors.

• House parties and events are strictly prohibited as per Airbnb policies. Unregistered guests and visitors are not allowed.

• You must ensure there are no damages, stains, burns, or any other harm to the property, equipment, or furniture. Penalties apply for damages.

• ⏰ Please respect the check-in and check-out times: Check-in is from 3:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM.

• Washing machine and dryer are available with laundry detergent provided. Please use them only during daytime hours. You are responsible for your clothing. We are not liable for any damage, stains, or fading.

There is also a clothes hanger outside the laundry room for sun-drying. Please secure your clothes properly. We are not responsible for any loss or damage.

• Do not waste electricity or water. Turn off air conditioners, ceiling fans, lights, and taps when not in use.

• ⚠️ IMPORTANT: Turn off the gas bottle next to the outdoor BBQ when not in use. DO NOT SMOKE near the gas bottle.

• Outdoor BBQ Use & Cleaning: Guests are welcome to use the outdoor BBQ and provided equipment. Please clean the BBQ grill, utensils, and any surfaces used after cooking. Failure to do so may result in an additional cleaning fee.

• Swimming pool is available for your use.
Children must be supervised at all times to ensure safety and well-being.

Use of the Swimming Pool is at your own risk. The host is not liable for any injuries, accidents, damages/loss of personal property may that occur during use.

• A jetty/pontoon is available for your enjoyment.
Please use it carefully and responsibly, especially around children.

• ️ We do not change linen during your stay. Extra pillows are available upon request. Baby cots and highchairs are not provided—please bring your own.

• Please respect the noise curfew (quiet hours): Keep noise to a minimum between 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM to avoid disturbing the neighbors.

• ️ A dishwasher, dishwashing tablets, sponge, and dishwashing liquid are provided. Please wash all used kitchenware, including bowls, plates, cutlery, cups, glasses, and cookware. Extra cleaning charge may apply for any dirty dishes or unwashed kitchen items left at checkout.

• ️ Bin collection by the City of Gold Coast Council is on Tuesday mornings. Please place all trash bags into the red, yellow, and green bins located to the left of the garage, and move the bins to the street on Monday night for collection. Extra cleaning charge may apply for any trash bags left unemptied at checkout.

• We are not responsible for any lost property. Please secure all your valuables and belongings.

• Before checking out, return all items, equipment, and furniture to their original locations. Missing items will be charged.

• If you forget any item after check-out, we will assist in locating it, but we are not liable for any loss or damage. Reshipment of the items is at your own cost.
