Stayed Aug 6, 2023The place was very nice worked well for our group. Candace the owner was next door and checked in periodically to see if we needed anything. Plenty of parking for our cars send bikes. Besides the great bedrooms and house layout (which you can easily see in the photos), there was also tons of beach gear, etc to make out say more enjoyable. Would definitely recommend.

Stayed Jul 31, 2022Very comfortable lodging for 7 adults & 2 children. Several dinners easily prepared in kitchen. One negative, kitchen very disorganized with a lot of unnecessary “stuff” in drawers. Owner extremely responsive and she actually babysat our grandkids one evening . Enjoyable stay.

Stayed Jul 8, 2021We could not have asked for a more beautiful, well-appointed home. Our friend group of girlfriends in our early 30s had a excellent time here, and we loved taking advantage of the 10 minute walk to town, outdoor space, grill, and wonderful kitchen. We hired a private chef for the evening, and she actually commented how great the kitchen was! Photos do not do this place justice… highly, highly recommend!

Stayed Jun 25, 2021We have been renting homes in Nantucket for over 20 years and this is one of the best. Usually we sacrifice size for proximity to town, but this house had both. Comfortable, clean, spacious and the most completely stocked kitchen I've ever seen in a rental. The homeowner was super responsive and happy to answer questions (and lives nearby if there is a problem...which there wasn't). Five stars for this home.
