A Lakeview Paradise

New renovations were a plus! Very comfortable with 9 adults. Definitely recommend. Comfortable primary bed. You can tell the home is lived in and cared for versus just an income property so that was lovely. Beautiful view. Location was good for our needs.

This property worked really well for our families and friends. Plenty of space and bathrooms for everyone to feel comfortable. Just a note, there is not a bedroom on the main floor. You either have to go up stairs for 4 bedrooms or downstairs for the 5th bedroom. Keep that in mind if traveling with seniors and their abilities. It was close to All Star Village for our son’s baseball tournament. Owners were wonderful to work with if I had questions. I’d highly recommend.

We enjoyed staying here with our family and grandparents during my son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park. We enjoyed swimming and fishing in the lake. The house was spacious, comfortable and the updates were nice.

We came for our son’s baseball tournament at Dreams Park. The location of this property was great in terms of ease to get to everything. Place was spacious and comfortable and welcome basket was a nice added touch!

Location on the lake was breathtaking for the two families that shared the home. Centrally located between both Cooperstown & Oneonta, so perfect for either game locations. Unit had everything you could need and home was very clean and well kept. Highly recommend for your week in the area.

The Lakehouse is AMAZING! Four families stayed for a week while our boys played at Dreams Park. We grilled burgers, made a huge Italian dinner in the kitchen, relaxed on the deck, caught some fish, jumped in the lake and had the best time! The updates to the house are outstanding! The welcome gift and quarters for the laundry were very appreciated. It’s a great rental…super clean, very spacious, and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to families playing at Dreams Park…or any family! We loved it.

We recently stayed at this property for a dreams park tournament. The house was as presented. Actually better, as it seems they had some nice cosmetic renovations. We liked the welcome basket upon arrival. The owner was easy to reach. The house was clean and everything we needed in kitchen, ect was there. We loved being on the lake and fishing off the dock. One of the really nice things about this house that others did not mention is it south of dreams park so easier to get in there from the south and the proximity to Oneanta. Will recommend this house to others who will be going to the area in the next year.

Nice and roomy home on the lake. Views were phenomenal! House was about 15min from All Star Village. We got lucky with not a super hot week. AC worked great but froze the room in the basement. House was stocked with all necessary items. Had a small issue and the owners were very responsive! Only two complaints...It would be nice to have some ropes on the dock so if you rent kayaks or paddleboards you have something to tie up to. The home has laundry but bring your quarters because it's not free which was a bummer. Other than those two things, no complaints. We had a fantastic week!
