A King's View of Hill Country: Scenic Home w/ End-to-End Deck

Great house! Wonderful setting with fabulous deck! Very clean and comfortable! Easy access to downtown and campus. The long-term renter in adjacent property did not in any way make us feel uncomfortable. I would stay again for sure!

Beautiful home with gorgeous outdoor view on large covered porch. Well appointed. Comfortable bedding. Wi-fi, direct TV and A/C are great. Stayed for 9 days for nearby surgery on Bee Caves Road. Close to lots of stores and restaurants.

We were 4 adults and 2 small children. The house was clean, well-equipped, spacious and comfortable. We’d be happy to stay there again.

My partner and I traveled to Austin as I had a medical procedure that required quite a long stay close to the medical center before we were given the all-clear to head home. This home is in a beautifu, peaceful, and quiet neighborhood. The rooms are spacious, the house is well laid out, and the view truly is beautiful. Close to many lovely restaurants and other amenities such as grocery stores, pharmacies etc. It is a perfect place to rest, recharge and recover in comfort from surgery♡ We will definitely be back to enjoy the home again, and next time, explore Austin.

The house was lovely, clean and had everything you could want or need. We loved the view. Our frustrations came with the management company Vacasa. I messaged via VRBO to ask if an early arrival was possible. We would have been happy with 1 hour earlier as we had an 18-hour drive. It took 12 hours to receive a reply and it was denied. Then the WiFi didn't work, and I texted with a Vacasa agent (who was very helpful) before we both decided a tech would need to come out. No one did and no one responded to my inquiry later but then suddenly it worked. I texted and messaged via VRBO 3 times over 2 days about where to put our garbage as there was no trash can and the garage was locked. I NEVER received a response but one morning a garbage can appeared in the driveway. I texted and messaged twice about check out instructions and did not receive a response but then received an automated email with instructions. I don't think I would rent with Vacasa as the management company again. Too frustrating.

Beautiful property that made me feel very nostalgic, so much like my childhood home. Loved the wrapped patio - always a breeze and a lovely view from any angle.

House was great fit for our family of 5. Great peaceful views off the back deck.

My family and I stayed here and really enjoyed it! The location is easy to get to, the home was clean and had everything we needed, and it had a great view!

Cannot say enough about this property-the house and property were fantastic. Stunning views from every single room and access to the long balcony from each. Extremely clean. Feels like you are in the middle of the hill country but only a couple of minutes away from everything you could need. It has more traditional furnishings with a Frank Lloyd Wright architecture feel and there is much attention to details. The layout is wonderful with lots of room to spread out or all hang together in the open living-dining area. The house long deck looking at the views is fantastic.

Beautiful home with great architectural details and expansive views. Would stay here again for sure.
