A Jolly Boat-A FEW STEPS TO BEACH-ocean side Corolla. Perfect for families!

Good house for family. Close to beach. Comfortable Clean Cozy All amenities needed were there.

A Jolly Boat was exactly as advertised! It is a beautiful clean home with enough space for a family of 5. It is well stocked with bikes of different sizes, beach equipment and wagon to carry it in for an easy walk to a beach. Large grocery stores, light shopping and a few restaurants are within biking distance. The bike path easily accommodates walking and running as well. The tennis/pickleball court is adjacent to the property. Jerry is very accessible and communicative. If North Carolina wasn't so far away, we would consider visiting annually!

When we entered the house, we were absolutely delighted! It was clean, bright, and appealing. The rooms were a good size. The luggage racks in each room were a nice touch.The kitchen was well supplied. The beach chairs got lots of use! The deck was great. We think it was more than 2 minutes to the beach, but it was still very close and ABSOLUTELY gorgeous!I'd recommend this house to others.

Your home was just as we remembered, so incredibly clean, had everything we needed and much more, even down to precut bleach free parchment paper ! The linens were impeccable, the air quality and temperature control were excellent and the beds were so comfortable. You are amazing and stand out as hosts and we are so thankful for you.

We greatly enjoyed our week! The house was clean and had a well-stocked kitchen in terms of pots/pans, etc. It was an easy walk to the beach and a nice number of beach chairs were provided. The location is convenient if you like to play pickleball and everyone we ran into in the neighborhood was friendly. Close to grocery stores and shops. The owner was quick to respond with any question I had both pre-booking and while there. No complaints whatsoever! Our family had a great stay!!

Awesome place to stay in the OBX!

The unit was even better than advertised. We were confident that the unit was going to be good based on prior feedback, but it even exceeded our expectations. Every detail of the decor was well planned with a terrific beach theme. The unit was very clean. The beach was a short 3-4 minute walk. My tennis/pickle ball courts next to the unit was awesome - my sons played everyday! Finally, all the hype about the owner is TRUE - Jerry is the best! Provided restaurant recommendations for us and was an absolute pleasure to get to know. Couldn't have chosen a better vacation spot. Thank you Jerry!

We had a lovely time in the OBX! Fun for the whole family, from relaxing in the beach to riding the wave runner! Highly recommend!

We can’t thank Jerry for the beautiful weather, but we can for everything else! Immaculate, great location, well appointed. Our party was 7 adults vacationing with extended family.

Cleanliness was key for me and I was pleasantly surprised at the accuracy of the reviews. Very clean. Jerry was accessible for questions and the house was at a great location.

Loved this place. The house was very clean. Very spacious. The added toys for kids was nice. Very large kitchen table. The outside shower was perfect for kids. So many things for the beach which was nice to borrow. Very short walk to the beach, ONLY downside is the very tall, long staircase to the beach, so taking a cart or wagon is nearly impossible. But other than that, it was amazing. Would stay here again for sure.
