Everything was good, great communications and checking in with us

This property was extremely clean and nice, and in a very good and safe location for my employees. The owner is extremely responsive and professional. The only issue they experienced was the internet went out, but the owner was more than willing to assist to get it resolved. I would highly recommend this property!

It’s very disappointing to see that rooms were not cleaned at all. Beds were left unmade and uncleaned. Found used tissues on the bed. Totally unhygienic. Bed sheets were not cleaned at all. Bedding was torn as well. No paper towels , garbage bags were there. I have to sent message about the same. After that we got all those supplies. But my question is why the supplies were not taken care before our stay. Why host waited for the request about finished stuff from us. Also in description it was mentioned 4 king size bed but actual only 1 bedroom has king size bed, 2 rooms have queen size n 4 the bedroom has bunk bed. Because of this few were unable to stay in bedroom. Also one more thing that I did not liked about host is he started asking us when we would be checking out on the day before we were checked in to the property.

We had three families getting together from NY and NJ meeting families in FL for a family reunion in this home. Had a great time except for some minor glitches which the owner was eager to help with. He was responsive with our concerns and tried his best to help. Thank you Julio and family for letting us stay at your property. Blessings to your family. ?

We had a very nice stay and everything went great. Property was clean and spacious. Owner communicated well.

Julio our host was very responsive. Had a couple hiccups but overall stay was great. Centrally located to things to do. Plenty outside activities for kids trampoline, bb goal, games. Definitely worth the stay
