A home and hopefully your happy place!

Beautiful home with close access to the beach. Ocean can be heard and can be seen from upstairs windows. Know there are a lot of stairs. There is an inside elevator but I’m claustrophobic so I didn’t use but it appeared to work fine. When first arriving I would suggest parking near front stairs and going up that way. Back stairs have a lot of stairs to get up. Beds were comfortable. Home looked as pictured and was clean. Do bring supplies such as toilet paper, soap and paper towels as those are not provided. Sue was an excellent host and very easy to communicate with. Beautiful area! I suggest visiting Brookgreen Gardens while there.

We were pleased to find this house available for Labor Day weekend, as we have stayed there many times before. It's large, beautiful, several sitting areas and across the street from the beach. A wonderful place for family to congregate!

This house was fantastic and accommodated our group of 8 perfectly. We were here for a family wedding. The 2 family rooms and multiple porches were wonderful. Our host, Susan, was so easy to work with. I highly recommend this house for you stay.

Amazing beach house! Beautifully maintained, with spacious gathering areas and porches. We enjoyed spectacular sunrise views! Hostess was gracious and responsive to questions in a timely manner. Our family had a wonderful time and we would definitely book again.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving week at this beautiful home. The kitchen was a great gathering spot…we prepared many meals. The bedrooms were very comfortable, each with its own bathroom, plenty of personal space. Each bedroom had a deck connected to it, which was great. The deck on the top level with the fire pit was wonderful. I definitely recommend this home. It is comfortable, spacious, plenty amenities, luxurious. The community of Debordieu is very nice too.

The beautiful rental property was ideally located across the street from DeBordieu Beach. Our check-in was super easy and the host was a good and timely communicator. The home was perfectly sized for our family of 8 plus a newborn.

We have been coming to Debordieu for over 20 years and this is now one of our favorites. Very convenient to beach and amenities and also plenty of space to accommodate all of our inside needs - remote work, read, catch up, eat, etc. There are numerous porches for a relaxing spot no matter the time of day. Sue was a fantastic host who made us feel at home - before we even got there.

We had a lovely time on Debordieu, the house is perfectly located, short walk to the beach with views of the ocean and enjoyed the waterway out back with a blue heron. The house was fully stocked and included beach gear (chairs, boogie boards, beach cart). The best was the communication from our host, easy and quick responses before and after the trip.
