Stayed Oct 12, 2024We absolutely loved this lake house and the stunning, million-dollar views! The neighborhood was peaceful and felt very safe. We especially enjoyed the pier and the water. This was our first time staying at Smith Lake, and we really loved the area. The house was exactly as described in the listing. Our kids had a blast, and the water was absolutely beautiful. The check-in and check-out process was super easy, and the host was terrific, with great communication. Thank you for sharing your home—we'll definitely keep this house on our list for future visits!

Stayed Jul 3, 2024Great property!! Close to grocery store but still great location on lake. Only problem at all and it won’t stop me from renting again, is the boat dock doesn’t have an open slip so you have to tie off on one side which is fine unless it rains. But I would definitely recommend this property.

Stayed Jul 1, 2023Our family had a great stay at this lake house. The view is gorgeous! We enjoyed the main porch, the screened-in porch, as well as, the boat dock. There was ample seating on each level. Unlike other vacation homes, this owner had everything in the kitchen that we needed to cook and eat with. They also had games to enjoy! We highly recommend “A Happy Place.”

Stayed May 26, 2023We had a really great time. Very relaxing!!!! Thought there would be more to do around the area. The toilet was broken when we got there. They couldn’t come and fix it until Tuesday. After they fixed it it still did not work. Other then that is was a good trip!!!!!
