Description: This luxury townhome with modern décor has all the upgrades starting at the entryway and continuing throughout the unit and outside onto the deck with 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths and a garage. The entry way is inviting with a beautiful stained-glass window. Hardwood floors are throughout the townhome with tongue and groovevaulted ceilings in the living room, primary bedroom and loft area. The colors throughout the townhome are warm and soothing like the mountains themselves. The kitchen, dining, and living room areas have an open floor plan with lots of light coming in from the picture windows. The kitchen is upgraded with dark granite countertops, tile backsplash, custom built cabinetry, all stainless-steel appliances including a built-in oven and microwave, built-in glass-top stove, and a wine cooler. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything needed to prepare meals. The dining room table is large enough for 8 people and the kitchen bar serves as additional seating when needed. The living room is comfortably decorated and features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace with gas logs; flat screen television, and large windows making guests feel like they are in a treehouse. The deck can be accessed from the living room area. The deck is nicely done with a large outdoor rug, wicker furniture including a table and chair and bistro set. For guest’s convenience, a gas grill is also provided. The main floor also features the primary bedroom and bathroom. The primary bathroom extends off of the primary bathroom with “His” and “Her” sinks, a tiled shower, and a relaxing large soaking tub. The main floor also has a half bath and laundry room. The stairs at the entryway take you to the loft area and the two other bedrooms and bathroom. Another beautiful stained-glass window can be admired here. The loft area provides an extra seating room and another place for guests to relax and read a book or watch television. The bedrooms upstairs each have queen size beds and one has a futon providing additional sleeping space.

Location: This Resort is centrally located to Boone, Banner Elk, Valle Crucis and Blowing Rock in the Foscoe area. The convenient location makes it just minutes away from all the High Country’s most famous attractions such as the Blue Ridge Parkway, Tweetsie Railroad, Grandfather Mountain, Linville Falls and Caverns, and Appalachian State University.  If you are looking for winter sports there are several different options from Hawksnest Snow Tubing, Sugar Mountain Ski Resort, Beech Mountain Ski Resort, and Appalachian Ski Resort. Relax and enjoy the slow pace of the mountains and the fresh air or be adventurous and go hiking, fishing, biking, or sight-seeing.
