Stayed Oct 4, 2025Host was extremely communicative. Location of the house is absolutely perfect. Super convenient to both sides of the island. There’s a playground directly across the street for kids, which was really helpful.

Stayed Aug 3, 2025Communication with owner was excellent. Well equipped. Clean . Quiet and location was near hub of surf city . Nice view of bay and sunsets . Traffic was light despite being on a main thoroughfare. Discovered iron did not work . Owner had a new one shipped the very next day.

Stayed Jun 18, 2025We've had a wonderful stay here. Hosts are friendly and very responsive. Kitchen is well equipped. Easy walking distance to beach, restaurants. Property as described. Plenty of room. Great amenities include outdoor shower. Really comfortable - a great find!

Stayed May 29, 2025My friends and I had a super fun girls trip here! Host was responsive and the house was very clean and well stocked. Definitely bring towels, as there were only 2.

Stayed Oct 10, 2024We had a wonderful long weekend on LBI. This was our second stay at the house & we enjoyed it as we did the first stay. It was a beautiful weekend on the Island, able to spend a lot of time sitting on the beach in shorts & short sleeve shirts!

Stayed Sep 13, 2024I spent the best four-day birthday weekend here. Also attended a wedding at The Mainland only 10 minutes from house. For my family of six, this house was very spacious, very clean, fully equipped kitchen, plenty of toilet paper and paper towels. I had to bring my own bed sheets, but the water & dryer was large enough to do all the laundry. The spacious front deck was convenient, especially for watching my grandkids in the large park right across the street, and also to admire the breathtaking sunsets. We enjoyed the large backyard, spacious outdoor shower and changing room. Alex and Mike answered all my questions within minutes...great communication !! I would recommend this house, and would definitely pay a second visit !!
