Amazing stay. Steps from Downtown New Braunfels, Landa Park and Comal River. The house was well stocked, very clean and host was very helpful and responsive. Highly recommend.

Best location in a quiet neighborhood but everything is walkable. We even walked to Schlitterbahn. The house was clean and well furnished with a well stocked kitchen. Host was very responsive and helpful. Would stay again.

We had a perfect long weekend at the Family Friendly Tubers Paradise! The house was clean, comfortable and close to everything in town. We enjoyed Schlitterbahn, Landa Park, the New Braunfels Train Museum kids day, had a delicious meal at Muck and Fuss and had fun floating the river which was within steps of the house.The parking was great, the beds were all super comfy, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook our meals and the dining room was large enough for all of us to eat comfortably. Veronica was great with communication, we will be back again!

The property was wonderful! Very cozy, yet with enough room for everyone. We loved that it had a nice large formal dining room where we shared a great meal together as a family. It was clean, well stocked and well kept. The owner communicated very well. The house had 3 nice bathrooms and plenty of space in the bedrooms for luggage etc. It was a great experience!

We originally picked this listing because of location, it's right next to the entrance down to Texas Tubes. The house was clean, stayed very cool, the king beds were all sleep numbers, and three full bathrooms was a big plus. Kitchen was well stocked with dishes, utensils, and extras like sugar, foil, coffee, etc. Loved the rocking chairs on the front porch too. Would absolutely rent here again!

We were thrilled to find no surprises when we arrived. The property was in great shape and adequately set up to handle all of the needs of our kids and grandkids.

This house can’t be beat! Large, affordable and walking distance to both floating location and night life in downtown New Braunfels! I’ll be back next year!

We loved this house!!! It was the perfect place for both families. The location of the place is walking distance to Texas Tubes and downtown New Braunfels.

This was a great location for floating the river. Part of our group stayed in the cabins behind us which was very convenient. We had enough space to have everyone for dinner one night. The only downside of the house is that one bedroom doesn’t have a bathroom and all bathrooms are accessed through a bedroom. It was a little inconvenient. Overall a great place to stay

Great house - very clean and nicely decorated. Perfect location - less than a minute to walk to Texas Tubes to float the river. Easy walk to restaurants in town. Would highly recommend and would stay again.

Beautiful house for family time! We enjoyed the town of New Braunfels with our relatives there, and loved the game time and porch time at the house! Well stocked, great beds, and easy process. We got to tube right here! For sure a crowd pleaser to stay here!

Veronica was amazing and super communicative! We loved the location - just minutes from Schlitterbaun, Gruene, and so many great family activities. The house was perfect for our family of 5 plus grandparents. We will visit again!

This is the place to be! Close to everything and the river is literally in the backyard. We had the best time!
