Stayed Jan 16, 2026This home is absolutely beautiful. There was enough space for everyone in our party. When we arrived the indoor pool water and hot tub was cold. We sent a text and the problem was solved immediately. Communication was excellent. I would definitely like to book again for our next retreat.

Stayed Apr 20, 2024We have 6 couples that get together every year and go to different vacation spots. This house was large and very comfortable. Well stocked, kitchen pans could use some replacing, but that would be the only recommendation. The Swim spa was awesome, the movie theater - the outdoor furniture was comfortable - plenty of space for all of us to hang out together. The weather did not cooperate for our week, so we were so glad for all the extra amenities - definitely would book here again -

Stayed Apr 30, 2022This property was amazing! We had a total of 24 people ranging in age from 3 to 79 with plenty of room for all. Had some people on first floor playing pool while others were sleeping upstairs & was never a disturbance issue. Loved all being able to have dinner together (& play games) around the tables and not feel crowded. We had an amazing time, the only negative feedback I had from anyone was that it would be nice to have broom(s), dust pans etc more easily available to pick up the little things along the way like the beach sand we tracked in ;-) All in all a fantastic place to stay--property manager was VERY responsive to any questions we had prior to the visit as well as thru text messages while we were there. Can't wait to get the family together & go here again!!

Stayed Apr 16, 2022We had an amazing time at the Crown Jewel. Our family always pulls together and makes every situation work. We all had an amazing stay here. The house is really stocked very well with kitchen household essentials. We probably overpacked in that regard because we were unsure of what the house was equipped with. There are 4 refrigerators in total. This made it handy for storing all the food we brought with us. The propane tanks were not checked though and all 3 were empty. We called and they were replaced immediately. The house is as advertised. Beautiful lay out and spacious. This worked well for sorting out the rooms and everyone having their own privacy when needed. The pools were great! Spa tub was fabulous-Tip: remember to keep the cover on when not in use and FYI-a couple of jets did not work. While we know the house is popular and is almost completely booked this summer, we wanted to suggest that the cleaning team takes their time cleaning in between guests. If needed maybe add extra hands to help. The house is massive and with a checkout time of 10am and check-in at 4, we can see how that becomes tricky to ensure the property is cleaned appropriately. It was for the most in good shape when we arrived but there is always room for improvement. Aside from checking propane tanks (they were empty) in between rentals, the extra blankets in closets should be checked and folded. We had a few soiled ones left on closet floors. The sheets/ blankets on bed should also be checked. Stains are NOT acceptable even if they are “old”. We called and they were replaced. Bathrooms should be tripled checked before the cleaning team leaves as well. We wanted to bring some of these things to light because the house is gorgeous. We enjoyed our time and would return. We want to see A Crown Jewel continue to be successfully filled with many families making beautiful memories!

Stayed Apr 22, 2022My wife and I (age 58) and our family, 15 adults 2 kids, decided to share our second vows here. Minutes before we started, a property manager called me and itinerantly accused us of having an unpermited public event. We know you have a caterer and a lot of cars. We know you have decorated. We know you have rearranged the furniture on the second floor. She gave me the third degree for five minutes. I was beyond alarmed, and insisted we had a small group, all family, we would be quiet and respectful (as we always are) and leave the place spotless (as we always do). Five cars of family, a caterer's car and truck, photographer and hair stylist. That was all it took to trigger sending an unannounced maintenance man to investigate. She hung up without saying anything was okay, and I rushed out to the family to decide what to do. I told my wife what had happened, and she said: EVERYTHING, INCLUDING THE VENDORS, HAD BEEN CLEARED OVER THE PHONE WITH PROPERTY MANAGEMENT BEFORE BOOKING! Of course. My wife is a VP and program manager at one of the largest banks in the US. She works every l;ast detail. I remain beyond livid. I can't stop thinking about it. This is how a busybody HOA property manager operates, not the manager of a top shelf beachfront rental. By the way, after the maintenance man replaced the propane in the fire pit - it didn't work.

Stayed Jan 7, 2022We rented the property in January and it couldn’t have been more perfect. There was more than enough room to accommodate our whole family of 30. We had guests ranging from all ages and there was something for everyone to enjoy. The weather was mild for the middle of winter which made taking in the scenery even better. The view of the beach is amazing. Would recommend for any time of the year.
