A Cozy Tahoe Home very close to town and Lake Tahoe Beaches w/Hot Tub (SL161)

the hot tub had a lock on it so we could not use.

Beautiful home. Spacious. Clean. Very responsive host. Great location. We really appreciated our stay.

Home was recently updated and in great shape. Had plenty of room to hang out inside and out. Furnishings were all very nice, comfortable and new. Was in a quiet area but still very close to the main area of South Tahoe.Lacked televisions in each of the bedrooms and an ironig board w/iron but other than that seemed to have all of the essentials.

Our friend group stayed here for The Hangar’s beer fest in the beginning of August and it was a convenient location! It was a ten min drive to the hangar and less than 10 for Nevada beach. The place is very spacious and we loved the extra amenities like the pool table and hot tub. Although we felt the hot tub didn’t get as hot we still enjoyed it.

Very nice property, perfect for a getaway weekend. Enjoyed the hot tub and pool table.

House appeared recently updated. Plenty of space of 6 adults to hang out and get away. The kitchen does have basics, but if you want a specific size pan bring it along. Loved that there was propane & the grill was ready to use & plenty of parking for 3 SUVs. Also there was hand/dish/laundry soap which was great! Close drive to EVERYTHING! Only down side was there were quite a few spiders that kept popping up, in addition to dead bugs around windows & doorways when we arrived. (But it is Tahoe). Also there is only a house fan, it would be nice to have another fan for hot nights.

We loved the location, warm cozy vibe. When we arrived we appreciated that the lights, and fireplace was on. The hot tub was at the perfect temperature.Loved how it’s all newly remodeled.

The pictures do this townhome no justice. The home was very clean and newly remodeled. It’s in a great location and the property manager was very attentive and responsive.I would definitely stay here again. Perfect home a family.

Place was nice. Parking is tight and the beds are a bit uncomfortable. Nice kitchen.

There was rotting wood on all outdoor surfaces including deck, hand rail, and around all windows. There was also approximately 40 trash bags as we pulled in and remained the whole time we were there. I assume it had pine needles, but did not confirm. The beds may have been the worst part. We had a range of sizes of people stay from a young teen to adults. All the beds were too hard to get comfortable in, and a couple of them were at least 20 years old (I am being generous). The kitchen was nice, as was the layout, but everything was just a little grungy (including the fans and humidifiers left for us). There was cobwebs everywhere, and there was rust and mildew in showers. The large and heavy table was also a hazard, because the legs did not have all the screws and it nearly fell on us several times. I wish I could summit photos, because I documented it everything. Our family was very dissatisfied.

Several areas need maintenance especially the rails on the stairs going up to the property as you get splinters in your hands. The deck needed cleaning as it was loaded with pine straw and better instructions on the fireplace and heating needed to be provided. The property didn't indicate some lake view but that was not happening either. Otherwise, we enjoyed the stay.

We explored Heavenly village, gambled at the casinos, rented a boat for a day on the lake, grilled some food, soaked in the hot tub and created some great memories. The cabin was plenty big enough to accommodate or group, it had all the amenities we needed, it was very clean, and check in was easy.
