Nice, roomy, and comfortable home. Plenty of room for families. Lots of amenities. Feel like you’re at home. 3 bedrooms & 3 bathrooms was very nice with a family. Nice path to the beach. Location was great for exploring the coast.

This property is above and beyond the listing. Beautiful views, nice and clean and beds were comfortable. Oceanfront view and location can’t be beat. Nice laundry facility too!! Kitchen had everything you needed as well! Looking forward to a return visit!

Our Hostess, M. White was so benevolent, kind & touched base w/me & my party of ‘older’ girlfriends gathering together for a reunion of sorts. Lovely home, absolute stunning ocean front views & private pathway to the beach. Loved this property & we all agreed, we may come back again next year!!! ALL was as described & explained. Only drawback..watch out for the doves in the trees! Had to go to the car wash upon our departure!!! Absolutely fantastic hostess!! Thank you M. White, never knew that side of Seaside existed!

The house was so well stocked, everything was very clean and the Host is extremely responsive and helpful. Definitely plan to stay here again!

This was a wonderful place to stay with our family. It had lots of room inside and outside to enjoy family time together. Our favorite was the big windows with a beautiful view of the ocean! We loved it and hope to return sometime! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

Terrific! Clean, comfortable, well maintained home with stunning views of Tilamook Head and the beach. Located on the quiet “chill” south end of Seaside beach. Quick easy access to the beach for great walks!The host was very accommodating and responded quickly to inquiries.

This house is in a great neighborhood and is approximately two blocks from the promenade. Everything was very clean. It is about a mile walk down to city center along the promenade. We enjoyed sitting out on the deck with a great view of the Pacific Ocean, and had an easy walk to the beach. The house was very clean with lots of space to spread out. Communication with the hostess was 10/10. The hostess supplies a lot of board games, card games, as well as a foosball table, and bikes.

Great views, perfect location for walks on the beach or to town to check out the shops.

This property was PERFECT for our little getaway to celebrate my husband’s birthday. The bedrooms are large and comfortable, the seating in the living room made it easy to relax and enjoy the view out the large picture windows while reading a book. I dont’ have little kids, but the bedroom with the bunk beds would be perfect for a family with younger children. Super cute space! I honestly felt like I had been invited to a friend’s house for the weekend. I’ve stayed in some VRBO locations that have felt a little like camping, and this one felt like I had been invited to a friends house for the weekend. Everything we possibly needed was available. The kitchen was great! Lots of really cute dishes and plenty of silverware. We really enjoyed the ability to have a fire on the deck and enjoy and evening talking and listening to the roar of the waves. It was also nice to have such a short walk out to the beach. I would highly recommend this property and would be very interested in staying here again in the future. Thank you so much for such a welcoming and warm place to stay!

Being on the beach made our stay in Seaside amazing! The views and the ocean sounds were incredible. There were many restaurants to choose from. And the house was great! We had everything we needed and were very comfortable.

This house is wonderful and well stocked. It faces the ocean and there is a trail to the beach. It is quiet there.

Beach view. Nice layout of kitchen and family room. Ample space for all the family to prepare meals. Loved being able to walk out to the beach from the house.

Dishes, glassware, pots/pans in excellent condition, full size side-by-side refrigerator. Shampoo, conditioner and hand soap in baths. Washer/dryer worked well.

The house was everything we hoped for and needed. The beach was easily accessible, the room with bunk beds and another queen was perfect for our group of 6. The house was clean. Seaside is a beautiful town and this house was within walking distance of everything we needed. Would highly recommend this location for families and those traveling with larger groups! Very happy with this property! Perfect place for a girl’s trip, with three full baths. Very clean and well stocked. Right on the beach so a lovely view. Would definitely book this place again.

This was one of the better places we’ve stayed at. The kitchen was stocked with way more than the basics. The garage had everything we needed for playing at the beach including a beach shade tent, sand toys, chairs, and even quality sticks for roasting hotdogs.

We usually go to Cann0n but I convinced my fam to do Seaside. The flat beach was perfect for us all to walk together. Loved it! The owners were immediately responsive on anything we asked.

This was the all time best VRBO...I have ever rented. Everything was over stocked..immaculate..very comfortable beds. This was a special family reunion and it was my responsibility to choose lodging. Everyone was very happy with my choice.

This is a beautiful home close to the beach. We loved being able to see the waves from the house and deck. The house was very accessible for our daughter who was using a walker. Martha was a gracious host and made us feel welcome to her home. We will definitely want to stay here again.

My wife and I and friends stayed at seaside for a few days and the place was amazing. It was so comfortable and accommodating.

We wanted to be on the ocean so this place was a bit larger than we needed but it was great. It is definitely a quiet neighborhood but we were good with that. It is an easy walk to the beach, a nice fire ring, there was a bunch of items in the garage available to use if you have weather. We would definitely stay here again if we make it back out that way.

Perfect location for our family

Stayed two nights mid May, off season. Home was great, had everything we needed. Host was responsive and house had everything we needed. Views were great! Location was nice and quiet!

This was a really nice place for the family to stay. The beach access was great and there were a lot of toys for the kids and I enjoyed the plush bed. A few small feedback items: some of the kitchen pans were in bad condition and need to be replaced and a water kettle would have been nice. Also, there were some dusty parts of the house, noticeably in the master bathroom. But all in all, we were happy and considered this a very good value.

My husband and our 4 kids stayed here for a few nights during Spring Break, and it was a lovely stay. The Location is excellent being right there on the Ocean, just a couple minute walk to the sand. Just a little walk through the beach dunes to get to the Promenade and then a 10–15-minute walk to town. I feel the layout was excellent for accommodating families. We were under the impression based on pictures that there were 2 sets of bunk beds, but there was only 1 and then a queen bed. Loved that they provided plenty of towels, shampoo and conditioner in every bathroom. The only things i would like to note is that in the 2nd bedroom it seemed like the bedding was pretty dusty and just didn't feel clean. and the cooking utensils and some things were a little outdated. But overall, it was a great property, and we would definitely stay again. Thank you for having us!

This property is amazing! I highly recommend it if you're visiting Seaside! The house was beautiful with amazing views and it was stocked well with many items perfect for family fun time! The host was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had!

Great place to gather. Quiet location. We enjoyed the trail to the beach. It was a wonderful place to disconnect. Lots of games and books. The view was beautiful. Well equipped kitchen. Great location to go exploring. Only complaint is pillows. Please get pillow covers.

My best friend and myself used to take yearly trips to the coats for our birthdays. We have since had kids and she’s married, we haven’t gone in years and this year we decided to start the tradition with our kids to go to the coast for their birthdays, they ate all within 3 weeks of each other.

We had two sets of children, plus a grandchild each over the course of 12 days. The master suite was a huge hit with the adult children, especially the soaking tub. The third bedroom was perfect for the grand kids (4 and 2). The grandparents (us) were cozy in the smaller (ensuite) bedroom. The weather wasn't very warm so we didn't try crabbing or have a fire in the fire pit (traps and wood available in the garage). The game/toy closet was a big hit too. We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was wonderful. Martha was quick to respond and made helpful accommodations for us. The house was perfectly located in a quiet neighborhood with incredible views. We ended up staying an extra night because of the cozy home and beach views. We traveled with four adults and four kids who fit comfortably in the home. We will definitely be booking Martha’s home in the future for family trips to Seaside.

We enjoyed our 4 day stay at the beach. The view of the ocean from our house was excellent. We dug clams, walked on the beach and relaxed.

I keep coming back because it’s the best property and the owner is exceptional! I have made beautiful memories! The ocean is the perfect distance from this beautiful home! I highly recommend this place! Thank you for sharing your precious home!

Great house, great location with easy access to the beach and downtown Seaside!

The house is a short walk (200 feet) over a small dune to the beach. There is great view of the beach. The house is well equipped, with many details provided such as a fan in every room, soap in every bathroom, firewood in the garage, a hose for cleaning beach sand off of items, laundry onsite, etc. Everything works. We had a great time!

Really great property in terms of layout and location, away from the hustle and bustle (but close enough if you want it). Enjoyed a walk on the beach every day! Property was clean, well appointed, and worked great for the 4 of us getting together for a Veteran's Day Weekend, grilling and watching football. Would probably start to get a little crowded in the community area if we had a couple more big guys lounging around, unless there were couples, then I think 6 would be totally fine. Regardless, it was unanimous amongst the group we would stay here again in a heartbeat.

for the price $$$, amenities were more on the barley. youd think the pillow cases could at least fit the pillows, a can opener that worked, baking pans should be thrown out. If it wasn't location and view, somewhat ordinary.

This was the perfect home for our little getaway! I highly recommend this property! Martha was the best in every way! I hope to be able to come back in the near future! Everything was perfect about this Home!
