Stayed Sep 5, 2025Great choice for weekend hiking trip at Devil’s Lake State Park. The place is convenient, well set up for cooking and grilling, clean and well stocked. It feels very rural but you’re only a quick drive to the state park, grocery, restaurants and anything else you need. Gretchen is a terrific host- very quick to respond to any question. She even ran out and quickly bought a new grill within the hour when the one on site didn’t work.

Stayed Feb 28, 2025We had just a wonderful time at Granny‘s cottage! We stayed here about two years ago for our first friends ski trip and loved it so much that we booked it again this year. The location is great for skiing at Cascade Mountain. The home is tucked away, nice and private for a fun getaway.

Stayed Sep 20, 2024This really felt like home once we got settled in. The space is decorated nicely with plenty of space to set out our personal items. Everything was very clean and smelled fresh. The location was perfect - close to town but secluded for privacy and relaxation.
