*Outdoor water parks are only open from Memorial Day thru Labor Day weekend. You may pre-register at the Front Desk any time after 11 a.m. on the date of your arrival to enjoy access to the water park until your unit is ready. Guests may pre-register and pick up their waterpark passes any time after 11:00 am on check-in day. This will allow you to use the waterpark passes most if not all of check-in day. You may also take advantage of the locker rooms and showers at each of the waterparks and enjoy the waterparks the entire check-out day!

Other things to note

Guest named on the reservation must be at least 21 years old and will need to provide their photo ID to the front desk clerk along with a credit card for any incidentals they may charge to the unit.

This is a timeshare property with hundreds of units so carpeting, furniture, wall art and furniture will vary. A specific unit, including accessible, will be assigned at check in. Requests for a specific view and floor level may be made only at that time.

Wyndham and Wilderness Waterpark reserves the right to open and close amenities prior to or during guest stays at their discretion. The on-site water parks are not managed by Wyndham, and hours may vary due to staffing, repairs or other unforeseen circumstances. Additionally, the outdoor parks have reduced days and hours of operation annually starting mid-August and then are closed after Labor Day until Memorial Day. The indoor waterpark is open year round.
