A Community Pool & Private Jetted Tub Await at this Dog-Friendly Home

Great house! Easy drive to the National Parks. Convenient to grocery stores and rsstaurants. Had everything we needed for our 3 night stay. We'd definitely choose this house again if we return to Moab!

This was one of the cleanest and well equipped places we have ever stayed. Roomy, very comfortable beds, clean, well equipped kitchen. Very nice home away from home.

This was a great place for us to stay. The house was so nice and roomy for all of us. It was clean, beds were comfortable, fully equipped kitchen. All of the important boxes were checked for a very enjoyable home away from home.

The location was super convenient, only 2 blocks from the main drag of restaurants and shops in the heart of Moab. House was super clean, had all the amenities, great beds, and the master steam shower spoiled us! High ceilings, wide open floorplan, super spacious, and the indoor pool just down the road was great for my young kids. Overall great experience!The photos don't do it justice--it's bigger and nicer than the photos would have you believe--recommend getting a professional photographer to showcase this home with a wide angle lens.

This home was well cared for and very clean. Lots of seating options in the great room and for dining inside or outside. The layout was convenient for family members to have their own private space and bathroom access. We enjoyed having the patio sliding doors in the master bedroom, which made it easy to let out our dogs first thing in the morning. The shower had fantastic water pressure!! Great VRBO, overall one of the best we've ever stayed in.

Great property and location!

The home was very nice- it had a smart television with multiple options, good strength showers and a nice outdoor sitting area. The only downside was the keypad to the community pool was broken so we could not use it, but Vacasa, to their credit, went out of their way to check on the problem and notify the homeowner’s association. This nice home was only a few blocks from great restaurants on Moab’s Main Street.

The refrigerator is quite loud for people sleeping in the living room. The dishwasher sometimes makes a very loud noise. Other than those things, the house was fabulous!

I clicked on directions from vrbo. It sent me to the wrong house. The code was the same to check in. People were living in that house. Vacasa was hard to work with to a point. The staff we talked to on the phone wasnt helpful but the second person got us squared away. This has only happened to us with vacasa rentals. Last time they double booked us.Calledvacasa

Great cleaning crew and cleanliness

Loved the appealing decor throughout the house, the ease of use of small patio area and its partial shade, the handiness of garage and driveway, the stroller-friendly walking. Particular surprises/bonuses: the attractive child-sized bench near the patio and the dog-friendly bin of furniture covers and other pet care items. Got prompt and friendly help dealing with a hot water heater issue by calling the phone number provided in the house binder (after unsuccessfully trying the property manager number provided on a fridge magnet). Our preference is to be able to directly contact a local host. Would definitely choose this home again!

Walkable to Downtown. Pool was a nice bonus. Three nice bedrooms. Steam shower was a great bonus. Open design made it nice for socializing.

Very nice and convenient lication

A very easy to navigate condo close to Arches and downtown Moab which has a great grocery store and some good Mexican food! There is a fenced in back yard great to let the pooches run around. There is no damage from the dog visitors in this condo. So even if you don't have a dog, this is still a stellar place to stay.

Great location for access to Canyonlands National Park and Arches National Park. Lots of restaurants nearby. House nicely furnished and very comfortable.

Nice and spacious. Great central location. It’s a little dated but for the price and quality purpose we thought it was great and would stay again.
