A charming house next to the beach; ideal for couples and families with children

This villa is in a beautiful location with resultants and shops. If you would like a relaxing break this is a perfect place for that. I would be very keen to stay here again.

Cala Vadella is one of Ibiza's prettiest bays and this house is in a great location, just a few steps away from a great beach, a store and some fine restaurants. The pretty house has everything it needs, the spacious outdoor area with lounge and outdoor shower and great beach and sea views are ideal. Highly recommended for couples or small families. The communication with the friendly owner and the handover of the keys and briefing by the equally friendly manager Simone was perfect. Thank you. We will be back.

We have been to this house a few times. every year it is in an amazing condition, little things get added or replaced. you can tell the house is managed with love. The location is amazing, right above the beach, so it does have sea view and from the bedroom you can hear the gentle ocean. Nice about the house it that it feels homely because of some personal items in it. Some books, decorations, beach toys, those kind of things. Some holiday homes are clinically stripped of anything and feel sterile and unhomely. This house feels like your friends aloud you to stay at their place, I really like that. The kitchen is really well equipped you can make good meals here if you like. plenty enough pans and dishes. good oven / microwave. Also things like salt, peper, some other spices, oil and those kind of basic cooking ingredients are all available. there is a lovely sitting earea in the garden, great for sunset drinks and under the patio at the entrance there is a spacious area with a dinning table and loungers where you can spent the evening or still enjoy being outside if it is raining. It truly is a lovely place and if there happens to be a problem you can communicate with Whatsapp and get helped straight away. Bon Sol has quality, tasty pizza's and Cana Sofia has a really good chef. It's a great restaurant where you can dine high quality meals but they also do paella or hamburgers. Both are within a 4 min walk of the house, and so is the beach! Hope to return soon.

The location is fantastic and the house was just what we were looking for. If you intended to spend long periods inside the house it would be quite cramped for 4 adults but we were mainly outside on the fantastic beach or on the patios with some great views. The trees and bushes do obscure some of the views plus the sun and could benefit with some pruning. Overall though we loved the house for our stay.

This is a gem of a find and we were so pleased it was available. Although the house itself is small, it has a lovely large terrace and other seating area in the grounds with amazing views. The house has everything you could need (smart TV during the storm was a bonus).

Great garden, enough outside space for a family. Garden shower is also very nice. The location of this house makes it really worthwhile to stay there, nice shade and view over the bay. Super close to the beach. Great with kids. You can take the main road, or the stairs that exit next to the trash bins. 1,5 min walk to the beach. Airco's are great and necessary in the summer. Beds are good quality and the house is very well equipped. The small supermarket is at the beach, good selection of fresh products. We would definitely go back here, apart from all these great things, there are a few thing to know: Two mornings off our week holiday were disrupted with a tank-truck that was pumping out the sewer pit of on the restaurant below. This makes 30 min a lot of noise and dirty smell. It would be great if they would do this really early, when everybody is sleeping. Or to give you heads up to be gone. Bathroom is small, old and a bit smelly. We have been showering mainly outside, there is enough privacy in the garden, and the garden is great. Communication with the owner is good. Communication with the outsourced house management a bit difficult. Poor English. Checking in after 20:00 is charged with 50 EUR, or possible by Whats app. The parking spot that belongs to the house is small. We had a tiny Mitsubishi ASX and could just park it. Don't bring a big car, also handy for the rest of Ibiza. Marc thanks that we could stay in your house, we had a great time.

This apartment was such a find!!! This was our first time in Ibiza so we wanted somewhere that was relaxing and fairly quiet in the day and Cala Vadella is just that, the very short walk to the beach was the dream. The apartment itself is lovely and gives a true Spainish feel! The lady managing the apartment was always on call for any questions we had and made the check in and check out prosess very smooth! There's one car spot available which makes it very handy as there's limited car park spots available within the small town. I would only rent a normal sized car though, nothing large as the space is small. We will definitely be visiting again and staying in this apartment!
