Stayed Apr 6, 2023Very nice, nice family neighborhood. Wonderful beach, pool and hot tub. Need to update the shower heads in all the showers. water does not come out evenly or with pressure. Need better patio furniture.

Stayed Oct 20, 2022The house was in a gated community, the pool and view were fantastic. Furniture was comfy and homey. The house was clean and check in / check out process was easy with electric keypad lock. We did have to bring our own bath and beach towels, toilet paper, paper towels, garbage bags, soap, toiletries, laundry detergent, cooking supplies, spices etc so just be prepared to stock on supplies! Overall, was a great house with plenty of rooms and baths for 5 girlfriends.

Stayed Sep 10, 2022We love Holden Beach! The location of the house is at the end of the island so it is super private. The pool was great but the pool furniture was in rough shape. The house could use some TLC. Small fixes and improvements could go a long way but the house was clean enough for us and we had a great trip!

Stayed Jun 4, 2022Just returned from 1week vacation at Holden Beach for first time. Beach town was small but clean. Several nice restaurants. House location was at far end of island which made the beach much less crowded. Beautiful beach and dunes and sunsets. House was spacious but furniture old. Deck furniture was falling apart. Kitchen very well stocked. Would definitely return.

Stayed May 4, 2022Everything was clean. The area that we stayed in was quiet and peaceful. My problem was that it looked like it had prior damage but that was minor. And the hand rail in the pool was definitely something that should be repaired.
