The master bedroom has a slider that leads out to the pool. It also has a large walk in closet and a walk in shower with bench seat. 55” let tv wall mounted. Bedroom two is a kind with 50” tv. The third bedroom is an office with a twin bed. The lake and lighted fountain view is soothing through the 14’ picture window of the pool cage! Gas grill, pizza oven, and griddle with an outdoor wet bar. Pool has a heater that can be used as well. Plenty of privacy with Clusia hedges on both sides of the pool cage. Whole house has brand new impact windows and sliders. The pool cage is also brand new. Trash pickup is twice per week, and the landscapers and pool cleaner comes every Monday. The home has hard wood floors throughout and tile in bathrooms. There is an outdoor wall mounted 60” tv outside under the covered part of the lanai with comfortable seating and 6 person dining table outdoors. There are beach chairs, umbrellas and etc for beach use in the garage. The community has many daily activities hosted by the social committee at the community house and pool. The tennis courts and bocce courts are in tip top shape. The Shores is a very desirable place to be here in paradise.
