Stayed Aug 17, 2023We spend 2 weeks in viareggio. The appartement was perfect located to spend the days at the beach and to the city. All restaurants amd supermarkets were nearby. All we need for holiday was in the appartement, the contact with Luca was very friendly. He gave us all informations we needed. We will come back

Stayed Apr 27, 2018The apartment itself was very clean and tidy. There was a lot of clean linens and towels. The landlady met us on arrival and showed us around the apartment and made very clear where everything was. The are outside is great for little children to go play safely in and an amazing opportunity to soak up some sun. The apartment was very close to the beach as well as a variety of shops, restaurants and bars. The train station was also just a short walk away. We enjoyed it very much and will be visiting again soon. Thanks.
