A BEAUTIFUL 3 BEDROOM BUNGALOW WITH ALL MODERN AMENITIES CLOSE TO A PARK!!

Very clean,central to lots of fun. Big adventure all within 2 hour drive. Location is great to explore that area of ohio. Very laxing home to enjoy family time in the evening

We were in town for our daughters wedding. This house was the perfect place for us to relax and get ready for the special day. The house was very nice, clean and inviting. The snacks and drinks were very much appreciated. The host was very nice to work with and quickly replied to any questions we had. My husband is a runner and Possom Creek Metro park was close and a great place for him to run. We would gladly stay here again.

I have stayed in this property before and there is a reason: consistently maintained and effortless stay. Upon entering the property it was already warm (it was a chilly day) and basic provisions plus snacks to start us off. Communication with the owner was responded to quickly and completely. Beds have been upgraded and were so very comfortable! Thanks for a great stay..again! :)

Mr. Paschal was an incredible host. The house was extra spacious, clean, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We especially appreciated the convenient, quiet location. Communication was excellent from start to finish. The thoughtful touch of provided snacks and beverages really went above and beyond! A huge bonus was the ability to use the garage during the heavy rain. Highly recommend

Stayed for Family Weekend from UD. 10 minutes from campus. Comfortable beds. All items in working order. We did not meal prep but it seemed to be well stocked with essentials. Would stay there again. THANKS!

Wonderful place to stay. We were able to meet up with family in the area and have a great time getting together after years apart. When we got back to the house in the evenings, the table in the kitchen was perfect for playing a couple of card games. My dad had a wonderful 92nd birthday. Loved everything!

Paschal was very nice and professional and I didn’t have to wait a long time for a response. The house satisfied all of our basic needs and I liked that it had a very long driveway because we were there to visit our family and we had plenty of room for them to park in the driveway because there was no parking on the streets. If I had to mention anything, it would be that there was no garage opener for the garage so it was a little inconvenient coming in and out, you couldn’t really enjoy the large backyard because there was no sitting areas/seating, the yard needed attention and also the cabinet where all the pots were was partially blocked by the stove so it was a little difficult getting them out. I’m not complaining though. We made the best of it and overall it was a good place to stay and we also felt very safe there and had a memorable time!

Great quiet neighborhood. Nearby park within walking distance. Surrounded by green nature. Host was responsive. Amenities were all as posted. Highly recommended. Great value!

The house is very clean and comfortable. We had snacks and some beverages provided which came in handy. 15 minutes from the University of Dayton. My 92 year old father came and he could easily navigate around the house with his walker.The bathtubs are slippery though and can be challenging. My suggestion to Paschal is to please check that everything is working. The bedroom by the kitchen- the lamp does not work. And the fan remote in the living room was not functioning.
