In addition, the owner has purchased a Golf membership at Lockwood Folly Golf Course, which allows renters to receive reduced rates at the golf course.

The super-fast Wi-Fi, plus a 55 flat-screen smart TV and Blu-ray DVD player, enable you to access your Netflix, Hulu, or Amazon Prime account. This haven includes an icemaker, 6 HDTVs (all bedrooms and living room), a large covered porch, and 2 private balconies. This is a 5-bedroom / 6-bed (1K, 3Q, 1F, 1T, and Q Futon) / 3 full bath oceanfront house. If you like to cook, you will love this fully updated and fully stocked kitchen, and if the kids make a mess, you can utilize the washer and dryer to clean their clothes. If the weather isn't cooperative, enjoy the board games and DVD players.

This home also has lots of beach chairs, rocking chairs, and beach toys. Newly painted first-floor living room and master bedroom, plus two of the three bathroom showers were completely updated. Both oceanside decks have been re-done with composite decking and a new outdoor shower enclosure. The owner visits this home regularly each year, so you know it is in great shape. This is truly A Beach Haven.

Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, and bar soap.
