Located in a friendly and quiet street with just 5 minutes drive to the calm waters of Little Beach, which is perfect for children, and of course the Boat Ramp and Jetty. Just a 10 minute walk to the skate park and Fly Point Reserve and the waters edge, where you will find grassy picnic areas, public BBQ's, public facilities, and a playground for the kids.

Couple of suggestions for improvement: work to eliminate mildew/mould smell; smart TV to cast shows or log into personal streaming services; Brita or some other kind of filtered water device to reduce plastic bottle waste; basic long shelf life pantry items (spices, cooking spray etc) would have been helpful; clarify to renters that air con is limited to main living area (back rooms were quite stuffy despite ceiling fans) and that the hot water switch still requires hours until hot water available for showers.

The place is very comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located — just about a kilometre from the beach and town centre. It’s nicely furnished and has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. A great spot for a getaway!
