as we are seniors and we needed a holiday break from working,when we arrived at the house it had a smell which we put down to drain in bathroom, as instructed on leaving to empty all garbage bins the bathroom bin had DIRTY nappies left from prior guests(photo documented) kitchen utensils needed washing as some were dirty saucepan has been burnt and was unusable, kitchen window needed a clean, outside needed a good over all clean, night we arrived lemon bush growing over the path to house scratched my arm as I walked past, very poor lighting outside, corners in shower dirty , we feel the money we paid we could of found better accommodation

We had not received our code to locked box before 2pm. We tried to contact host. We rang Stayz and they couldn't reach host either. I was on hold for nearly an hour when a text came through with the code at approximately 4.55pm. Host contacted me saying that the code was apparently sent through to wrong phone number. A bit disappointing.

Lovely, simple, very clean, everything you need for a low key stay in a beautiful part of NSW. Kevin was incredibly punctual with communication.House was very clean and beds were comfortable. Location was also amazing ! The only thing I would say is that there are a lot of rules and things you have to do before you leave. While I get having a minimum cleanliness standard and leaving a place in the same state you found it in, I also don’t want to have to feel like I’m walking on eggshells when I go away on holiday and want to feel like I can relax. But that was a minor thing compared to the stay which we thoroughly enjoyed and would highly recommend. Thanks for everything

The host was super helpful and answered all my questions that I had in a very polite and prompt manner. House felt like home away from home. The house had beautiful gardens and so so spacious.

The house was well located in a quiet area It was spacious, very clean and comfortable with everything we needed . Kevin answered all my queries promptly and politely.

Good house and location

Very spacious common areas and bedrooms. Couple of suggestions for improvement: work to eliminate mildew/mould smell; smart TV to cast shows or log into personal streaming services; Brita or some other kind of filtered water device to reduce plastic bottle waste; basic long shelf life pantry items (spices, cooking spray etc) would have been helpful; clarify to renters that air con is limited to main living area (back rooms were quite stuffy despite ceiling fans) and that the hot water switch still requires hours until hot water available for showers.

Great short stay at a convenient location.

We thoroughly enjoyed our 2-night stay over the Labour Day long weekend. The place is very comfortable, well maintained, and conveniently located — just about a kilometre from the beach and town centre. It’s nicely furnished and has all the facilities you need for a relaxing stay. A great spot for a getaway!

A nice quiet spot with plenty of room.

Place is great and close to amenities. Corner house. House is old style but nice and clean. Can get noise from street and neighbours apart from that all good.

A beautiful cottage with lots of room and amenities in a perfect location for going to the beach, shops, cafes and local scenic spots.Very comfortable and well appointed and great value: we loved our stay!Thank you!

Check in was easy , place was close to shops and the beach.

Perfect size family home. Central location with plenty of street parking. If travelling with an infant you will need to take a travel cot. Very neat and tidy home.

Really lovely place; and close to a kid friendly beach little beach. Close to town and the Marina. The place is exactly as described. I stayed here for my birthday weekend with my friend her fanily and my little one. Would definitely stay here again.

Nothing fancy, but everything we needed with lots of room. Great host.
