Stayed May 31, 2025Very clean and up-kept property, Beds seemed like they were new, our group was happy. The included fire pit and grill were a plus! Our only inconvenience was no hose or wash station to wash off our machines, The owner told us the area has been having water problems at the time we stayed and that was the reason. The air conditioning is also fantastic here.

Stayed Apr 29, 2026This 2 bedroom house has plenty of actual real beds (not just pull outs) throughout the house, which makes for a much better nights sleep! Centrally located for easy access to the ATV trails. Mr. & Mrs. Davis are wonderful and gracious hosts. Lots of good info on the geography and where to get supplies, food, trail passes etc. Autumn in these parts would be absolutely gorgeous.

Stayed Oct 15, 2025Host was very nice and attentive! House was very clean, nice kitchen with all the amenities and the screened in porch was a bonus! Listed as a 4br but I would only consider it a 3br as one of the rooms would lack privacy if it were 4 couples. Would definitely stay here again.
