home worked perfectly for our needs

We could not get the wonderful gas stove in the dining room lit as the handle was missing. Finally my son arrived and he had a tool we could use to get the nozzle on and off. The bedding was plentiful and the beds very comfortable. It was very cozy and everyone enjoyed the pool table in the basement!

We loved the house & backyard! It was cozy, comfortable, and enough space for 7 adults, one 17 month old, & one golden retriever without feeling cramped at all. We all agreed the next time we come to Bemidji we want to stay here again!

We stayed here with our 6 teen/adult children. We absolutely loved it. The house has so much space. All the little details were thought of. The bedrooms each had plenty of spare bedding with great pillows, each room had a fan, and there were plenty of towels for everyone. Bathrooms all had lots of toilet paper and soap. We appreciated that there was coffee in the kitchen, as well as paper towel and dish soap. Even the showers had a supply of shampoo, conditioner and body wash. We loved that there was enough seating space in the dining room and living room for everyone. The pool table was a great touch! Communication with the host was incredible and we felt very comfortable. Only downside was the basement shower, very, verysmall and although it was clean, it felt dirty and grimy. Garage parking was a nice bonus. We would come here again in a heart beat.

Great property, great location in Bemidji, great hosts. Jon came at 10 PM to rescue a bunny from the window well, much to to relief of our grandkids. Clean, thoughtful amenities, appears newly painted. Highly recommend!

Our daughter was getting married and we need a home base for the family and bridal party. The property was very spacious and worked well for our group

We loved the house. It was perfect for the 9 of us. Lots of room and great location.

Our large family group enjoyed our stay in this comfortable home. Plenty of space for everyone and nice backyard to enjoy. Everyone in our group commented on how comfortable the beds were! The basement shower was quite terrible and is in need of replacement. Outside of house needs some upkeep with rotting windowsills and siding.

Everything was seemless and easy!

Our extended family was looking to explore northern Minnesota. After reviewing the many VRBO options we selected this location based on the reviews. The home was in a quiet neighborhood, has good access to conveniences. The communication with the owners was good, but there were many other things that fell short. In discussing our concerns with the owners it seemed to have been a perfect storm. It is unfortunate that nothing could have been done to rectify the situation. We don't often travel in a large group that would require us to rent a home of this size.
