9th Street Villa is a contemporary townhome that offers the ultimate downtown Naples luxury lifestyle! Set in a prime location steps to 5th Ave S, Cambier Park and the Olde Naples Seaport marina, you will find yourself walking distance to many of the best restaurants and activities in town. Two light flooded floors comprise nearly 3,000 square feet of under-air living area perched right above your private covered outdoor living room and two car garage. The outdoor living area is furnished with a dining table and lounge sofas and connects to the partially covered plunge pool/hot tub, paddling pool and uncovered sun deck with a firepit - all completely enclosed with lush landscaping and private, for your use only. From there, enter the ground floor entry area of the townhouse where you will find stairs and an elevator leading up to the main floor. The chef s kitchen opens to the living room and dining room and has a french door out to a private balcony furnished with a conversation set - the perfect place to enjoy morning coffee and the balmy gulf breeze! Also on the main floor is a guest bedroom with two twin beds and an en-suite bath. Another elevator ride takes you to the third floor, where there is a landing/study area with a desk and entrances to both the master and guest bedrooms. The master is tastefully furnished with a king size bed, sitting area and has a private balcony. The marble master bath, like the rest of the home, is filled with natural light and offers double vanities, a shower, open bathtub and enclosed W/C. The upstairs guest bedroom has a queen size bed and en-suite bath. All bedrooms and the living room have cable TV and the home has a Sonos sound system. Down on the ground floor, the garage is accessible via an alley for easy access without having to pull out directly onto 9th Street, which can be busy during the day. When you are ready to step out, you ll find two beach cruiser bicycles stored in the garage, perfect for exploring the quaint Olde Naples area and cruising the 9 short blocks to the beach! **If your dates are unavailable, be sure to check out our other listing for 9th St Villa I, which is nearly identical and located right next door! Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is clean and modern. We did not like the location. 9th St is very busy and noisy. And, the garage is located on an alley that is a mess of garbage cans and junk laying along the alley.
