So clean, pretty and just a wonderful place to stay at

This was a perfect place for our family to rest and refuel while exploring the beautiful national and state parks near Moab! We can’t say enough how much we enjoyed it. Clean and so comfortable everything down to the linens was great! Highly recommend!

The only nice item to have would be an additional roll of paper towel as we had two units but cooked and ate mostly in this unit and quickly ran out of paper towels.

It was also nice that the hot tub jets are now working.

The space was just the right size and everything was clean, organized, and exactly as pictured in the provided photos. The check-in and check-out processes were smooth and communication with the host was great. The location is also perfect and isn’t far at all from Moab (10 mins) or Arches National Park (15-20mins).

Not only were the accommodations very comfortable and well-equipped, but we also felt safe during a violent storm that swept through the area, especially having a private garage for our vehicle. The location on the southern-most border of the town allowed us beautiful views of the LaSal mountains and red cliffs from every window. We will definitely choose this property for return visits to this stunning area!

Moab is one of our favorite places to go wheeling and we try to stay in the Moab Rim condos whenever we go with friends and family. Usually a large group of friends so the bedroom configuations work out great. This unit is convenient and at the front of the property. Great parking for large trailers and trucks too next to the unit. This units garage is a bit strange with not a lot of space in front of it due to the other units. Only the garage is where the vehicle can sit otherwise over 2 Jeeps or cars need to park on the street. Unit is clean and has all the amenities of home to make it easy to be at home there. Overall it was great. The check in process was simple and all was great. Thanks for another great stay in Moab.

The rental was perfect for our group. Beds were comfy, there were plenty of towels and blankets, and everything was clean. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed except for forks and spoons, those were in short supply. We would definitely stay here again in the future!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been to this development a couple of times, and had hoped we’d found a unit with a view. The photos are a little misleading as they look like they were taken before development happened around this unit. There was very little privacy with a street outside and trucks parked on it. They need some bottom up blinds to keep the view of the mountain skyline and block out vehicles and houses.
