Wonderful Stay! The house was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, close to everything in the village while still feeling private and relaxing. We especially enjoyed the hot tub after a day of activities and appreciated the outdoor space for gathering and unwinding.The home was well-equipped, check-in was easy, and communication with the host was excellent. Everything we needed was provided, making our stay stress-free and enjoyable.We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area!

What a great find! The number of bedrooms and bathrooms was perfect for our large family gathering! The kitchens were well stocked and everything was very clean. The backyard was perfect with furniture, a bar, and a grill. The fire pit looked great, although we were not able to use it because of the weather. We highly recommend this house.

This was our second stay at the Otter House. It has been several years since our last stay. This house is perfect for large groups and is in an ideal location for enjoying all that North Conway has to offer. The kitchens are well-equipped. We stayed over the MLK weekend and knew the restaurants in town would all be packed, so we prepared breakfast and dinner at the house. The kitchen had plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, etc to prepare several large meals to feed our group. The kids enjoyed the bunk rooms and said the beds were comfortable. The only thing keeping this from being a 5 star review is the condition of the common area furniture and one of the three king beds. Half of the sectional in the living room is collapsed, so it feels like you're sitting in a bucket. The chaise lounger next to the sectional is missing enough of its stuffing that you can hit your head on the wood frame if you're not careful. I watched the Patriots game from a dining room chair because it was more comfortable. The box spring on one of the king beds is so broken that one of my party had to stuff a couple of cushions in it to bring the mattress back to level. Given the rates this property is able to collect a small investment from the owner in some comfortable furniture to lounge on after a full day of skiing would go a long way.To end on a positive note, you cannot underestimate the absolute pleasure of having access to a hot tub after a full day on the mountain.

The house was great for our family of 13. Plenty of bedrooms, bathrooms and 2 kitchens. House had everything we needed. Owners were very responsive and easy to work with.

*be careful with the doors*Loved the property, hot tub was great, backyard was excellent, proximity to town was fantastic, and there was more than enough beds for the whole family! I would say for the property owner and any future renters be careful with the doors. There are no stoppers on any of the doors so wall damage is almost guaranteed. We found a hole from a door swinging back, not sure if it was there before or if we did it but hey thats what the security deposit is for. All the walls have fittings for stoppers but no stoppers to avoid wall damage. We reached out to let the owner know there was a hole from the door but got an auto response on checkout procedure, which is fine it was Thanksgiving. Aside from all of that we loved the home and it was a delight to have our family Thanksgiving in such a gorgeous home!

The place was huge. We all had enough space to spread out but also plenty of places to gather. We loved the close proximity to town and that we could walk to shops and restaurants.

The property was amazing. Owners/management were great. We will be back.

We had an amazing family vacation. It was my parents 60th wedding anniversary so we had family from 4yrs old to 83yrs old and we all loved it. The house was very clean and had everything we needed and more. The best thing about the house is its amazing location to everthing within walking distance, lots of space to accommodate eveyone. The exterior of house needs some TLC but who really cares about that. Most of the rest of the house was updated and very clean. The family really enjoyed the game room but bubble hockey was very old and pieces weren't working properly but we still had a amazing time. I would highly recommend this place.

The house was clean and well set up. Suitable for multiple families. The location is an quick wasy walk to town. I would highly recommend this property. Scott was easy to communicate with.

We had a great time at the place. It's closeness to town (walking distance) was really great. A big plus was the number of bedrooms and bathrooms, allowing all their own space. We loved the outdoor area and enjoyed being together out there.

The house was beautiful, clean and comfortable for the three families in our group. The hot tub was immaculate. The location was the awesome.
