This accommodation is not serviced, it is self-catering though we do provide bed linen and bath towels. You will need to bring your own pool/beach towels. As a goodwill gesture, housekeepers provide a limited provision of toilet paper and cleaning items. This supply is intended as a starter pack only and will not necessarily cover the duration of your stay. You will need to purchase more of these should you run out and these can be obtained from one of the two IGA supermarkets located in town. For more information on what to bring, please check the What to Bring section of our website.

This property is maintained by local property manager Exmouth Holidays. Staff are available during office hours and an after-hours phone is available for emergency assistance for in house guests. You will be contacted via text message by 3pm the day of your arrival on how to access the keys. Arrivals are after 3.00pm and check-out before 10:00am. Early check-in and late departures may be available with prior approval and are subject to availability.

Enjoy Exmouth's fantastic climate and laid-back lifestyle. Experience the delectable cuisine of the numerous local restaurants and cafes. The town is historically very safe, and one can walk alone at night with confidence. A shuttle bus and taxi service are available from the airport, bookings are required. Major rental car companies have agencies in town and a desk at the airport. For a visit to the World Heritage listed Cape Range National Park and the beaches of the Ningaloo Coast, a vehicle is necessary.

Exmouth has many attractions with the Ningaloo Coral Reef being center stage. A lot of the nature-based tours are seasonal and very popular at certain times of the year, we recommend you contact the Ningaloo Visitor Centre, or visit their website, prior to arrival to book your tours. Exmouth has 2 local IGA supermarkets, numerous restaurants, cafes and food outlets. For entertainment and socializing there is a hotel, a resort, a tavern, and two micro-breweries with live music.

    Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property is perfect for those wanting to take their boat to Exmouth with a few mates. However, it needs some maintenance/repair to a number of items. The photograph is out of date as it has well established plants/bushes around the house with an enclosed rear lawn/shaded area which is a bonus. It was disappointing that fishing offal was left in the rubbish bins (on our arrival) and the BBQ was filthy.

Reviewer Comments: Absolutely fantastic house to stay in with extended family or friends, house split in 2 parts with communal area in the middle gives you tome to enjoy together or some time out if needed. House was clean and had everything you need and plenty of space for cars and boats and plenty of grass area at the back to chill out under the shade of the trees. Staff were always helpful and nothing was ever to much highly recommend for a holiday stay. Location was excellent a quick car ride to town and town beach. Will definitely book again.

    Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: House was convenient location, set up of house was great! We liked the house itself although it had some issues - more so from mismanagement I believe. The oven didn’t work (after request this was fixed on last couple of days - 10 day stay), aircon in main room didn’t work, fire extinguishers weren’t up to date with checks (10 years last check), bins full so had to get rid of rubbish elsewhere majority of stay. House wasn’t ready from previous guest - check-in was over 2 hours late, welcome letter still from previous guest, it wasn’t cleaned properly between guests. Management weren’t very welcoming and did not respond to several attempts to discuss our stay. Overall nice house, disappointing service.

    Excellent clean house split down the middle with outdoor covered area. Two private separate living areas for two families. Ample parking for boats and cars.

    Ideal location; walking distance to town & very close to beaches. Has all required mod-cons. Clean and tidy. Big enough for two families, to have own separate areas, while still feeling as though on holiday together. Property managers are very helpful. Gr8 service as required. Will definitely stay again!
